Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019Agence fran\u00e7aise de d\u00e9veloppement (Afd) en partenariat avec l\u2019Ong allemande Giz a organis\u00e9 ce mercredi 18 mai 2022 dans un h\u00f4tel de la place une s\u00e9ance d\u2019information et d\u2019\u00e9changes autour du projet de d\u00e9veloppement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 des communes du Nord du Tchad (Com-Nord).<\/p>\n

Mise en \u0153uvre en janvier 2019 par la Giz, Le projet Com-Nord a pour objectif de r\u00e9duire la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des populations de trois communes du Nord du Tchad ( Faya, Fada et Bardai) et vise l\u2019acc\u00e8s am\u00e9lior\u00e9 aux services de base des populations de ces communes, \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la pr\u00e9valence de la malnutrition dans les zones et \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des subsistances des femmes et des jeunes .<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le projet Com-Nord, a sa sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 propre et des contraintes \u00e0 surmonter comme tous les projets que nous finan\u00e7ons. Les difficult\u00e9s structurelles ne manquent pas et les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du contexte du Nord du Tchad s\u2019imposent et rendent plus difficile et plus lent la mise en \u0153uvre de ces activit\u00e9s. Cependant, j\u2019exhorte la population \u00e0 ne pas se d\u00e9courager et \u00e0 faire confiance aux nombreux acteurs mobilis\u00e9s sur le projet \u00bb souligne le directeur du d\u00e9partement Afrique de l\u2019Afd, Christian Yoka.<\/p>\n

Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019Afd ajoute-t-il, \u00ab nous avons choisi de poursuivre l\u2019appui du projet avec un financement additionnel. Nous apportons un appui \u00e0 hauteur de 24 millions de francs pour amplifier les r\u00e9ponses apport\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d\u2019eau d\u2019assainissement tout en ajoutant les actions en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9nergie qui permettra un meilleur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le ministre des affaires fonci\u00e8res du d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019habitat et de l\u2019urbanisme, Moussa S. Batraki s\u2019est pour sa part r\u00e9jouit de la mise en \u0153uvre de ce projet qui vient opportun\u00e9ment appuyer les efforts du gouvernement visant \u00e0 impulser et \u00e0 promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement local de cette partie du Tchad. \u00ab Mon d\u00e9partement veillera aussi bien au niveau central que local pour que ce projet ait un impact r\u00e9el sur le quotidien des populations concern\u00e9es \u00bb promet-il.<\/p>\n
