Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation tchadienne \u00e9tait \u00e0 Bamako, vendredi 20 mai, avec un objectif : apaiser les tensions, apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision du Mali de se retirer de l\u2019alliance politico-militaire du G5 Sahel.<\/p>\n

Au d\u00e9but de cette semaine, le Mali a annonc\u00e9 son retrait de l\u2019alliance politico-militaire du G5 Sahel. Bamako devait en prendre la pr\u00e9sidence tournante depuis le mois de f\u00e9vrier, mais le contexte politique national a conduit les pays du G5 \u00e0 ne pas le permettre. En cause : le bras de fer engag\u00e9 avec la C\u00e9d\u00e9ao pour l\u2019organisation de futures \u00e9lections au Mali.<\/p>\n

Le Tchad a conserv\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sidence du G5 mais ne cherche en aucun cas le conflit avec le Mali, parti f\u00e2ch\u00e9 du G5 Sahel pour d\u00e9fendre sa souverainet\u00e9 bafou\u00e9e. Le ministre tchadien Abderaman Koulamallah, porte-parole du gouvernement, est venu dire au pr\u00e9sident malien de transition, le colonel Assimi Go\u00efta, que ce n\u2019est pas contre le Tchad qu\u2019il faut \u00eatre en col\u00e8re :<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le Tchad tient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00e0 ses relations bilat\u00e9rales avec le Mali et a voulu r\u00e9expliquer qu\u2019en aucun cas, il n\u2019\u00e9tait responsable des probl\u00e8mes qui ont conduit au d\u00e9part du Mali du G5-Sahel. Le Tchad n\u2019a aucun probl\u00e8me avec le Mali. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Le Tchad demande donc au Mali de reconsid\u00e9rer sa position. Ndjamena assure mener des consultations aupr\u00e8s des autres pays membres afin de r\u00e9pondre aux pr\u00e9occupations maliennes. En clair : de permettre \u00e0 Bamako d\u2019assurer enfin la pr\u00e9sidence tournante du G5.<\/p>\n

Enfin, \u00e0 ceux qui s\u2019interrogeaient, apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part malien du G5 Sahel, sur un possible retrait des soldats tchadiens pr\u00e9sents au Mali au sein des bataillons de la Minusma, le ministre Koulamallah rassure : il n\u2019en est en aucun cas question.<\/p>\n
