Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Voici un an, alors que le mar\u00e9chal Idriss D\u00e9by Itno \u00e9tait mort depuis moins d\u2019un mois, chaque Tchadien n\u2019avait qu\u2019une question en t\u00eate : comment Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by (qui n\u2019avait pas encore ajout\u00e9 Itno \u00e0 son patronyme) allait-il gouverner le pays ? Les uns, soulignant son jeune \u00e2ge, l\u2019imaginaient sans peine en marionnette d\u2019un syst\u00e8me qui survivrait tant bien que mal \u00e0 son p\u00e8re. D\u2019autres craignaient son ambition, qui ne manquerait pas selon eux de s\u2019affirmer au fil des mois pass\u00e9s \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n

Beaucoup, surtout, attendaient de voir, guettant les faux-pas et les signaux, positifs ou n\u00e9gatifs. Finalement, Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by Itno en a surpris plus d\u2019un. La plupart de ses interlocuteurs, tchadiens ou \u00e9trangers, le disent \u00ab attentif \u00bb, \u00ab \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute \u00bb et attach\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019une transition, laquelle devait durer dix-huit mois mais jouera in\u00e9vitablement les prolongations \u2013 sans que la faute n\u2019incombe uniquement au chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat. C\u2019est un fait : \u00ab Kaka \u00bb, tel qu\u2019il est surnomm\u00e9, a su s\u2019entourer.<\/p>\n

Sur le plan politique et financier, sa \u00ab jeune \u00bb garde ne le quitte pas et lui sert de relais avec l\u2019administration et les partis politiques, lesquels attendent avec impatience le dialogue national qui devait se tenir en mai \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena, avant d\u2019\u00eatre report\u00e9. Le pr\u00e9sident de la transition compose \u00e9galement avec les \u00ab anciens \u00bb de l\u2019entourage d\u2019Idriss D\u00e9by Itno, tenants de l\u2019arm\u00e9e essentiellement issus des communaut\u00e9s zaghawa et gorane et indispensables \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 du pays.<\/p>\n
