<\/strong><\/span>Au cours d&rsquo;une table-ronde organis\u00e9e par le minist\u00e8re de la Formation professionnelle et des M\u00e9tiers, focalis\u00e9e sur le partenariat public-priv\u00e9, les participants se sont pench\u00e9s sur la r\u00e9ussite d&rsquo;une bonne ad\u00e9quation entre formation et emploi en vue d&rsquo;une meilleure insertion socio-\u00e9conomique des jeunes (filles et gar\u00e7ons).<\/p>\n<p>Les acteurs de l\u2019enseignement technique et de la formation professionnelle ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur la probl\u00e9matique de la formation professionnelle en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et sur l\u2019\u00e9pineuse question de l\u2019insertion professionnelle, \u00e9conomique et sociale des jeunes filles et femmes en particulier.<\/p>\n<p>La ministre de la Formation professionnelle et des M\u00e9tiers, Kassir\u00e9 Isabelle Housna, a indiqu\u00e9 que l\u2019Enseignement technique et la formation professionnelle (ETFP) sont caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par une inad\u00e9quation entre la formation et le besoin du march\u00e9 de travail, favorisant un taux de ch\u00f4mage d\u2019environ 8% parmi les jeunes.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a ajout\u00e9 que pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des partenaires de production, la formation professionnelle doit pr\u00e9senter quatre caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e0 savoir : une organisation des formations centr\u00e9es sur l\u2019apprenant, un dispositif de formation qui recr\u00e9e le plus possible l\u2019environnement professionnel, une dynamique de partenariat avec le monde du travail et de formation continue, ainsi qu\u2019une autonomie de gestion accrue des \u00e9tablissements de formation.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enseignement technique et la formation professionnelle sont un levier pour soutenir la politique de l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 et de l\u2019entrepreneuriat de la jeunesse pour am\u00e9liorer le rendement de travail dans tous les secteurs de production.<\/p>\n\r\n                <style
