Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Ils ont sign\u00e9 un manifeste le 2 f\u00e9vrier 2021 pour pr\u00e9senter un candidat unique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle du 11 avril 2021. Cette alliance \u00e9lectorale regroupant 10 partis est d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e \u2018\u2019L\u2019Alliance Victoire\u2019\u2019<\/b><\/p>\n

Les signataires de l\u2019Alliance victoire sont entre autres, le MRS d\u2019Alladoumngar Tedengarti, l\u2019UNDR de Saleh Kebzabo, l\u2019USPR de Fran\u00e7ois Djekomb\u00e9, le PLD de Mahamat Ahmad Alhabo, le RPT de Ganghnon Mba\u00efmbal, l\u2019ADPD de Keleou Bombaye, le PR de yacine Abdaramane, ainsi que la CDS de Mamadou Ma\u00efndoh et l\u2019UNC de Vincent Mbang-yam.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019 \u00ab Il ne s\u2019agit ni d\u2019une fusion ni d\u2019un regroupement de partis, ni d\u2019une coalition de partis mais d\u2019une alliance \u00e9lectorale d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e Alliance victoire \u00bb, qui vise \u00e0 d\u00e9signer un candidat unique pour la prochaine \u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle sur une base transparente et consensuelle. Les chefs de partis politique de cette union font savoir que : \u00ab les exp\u00e9riences cumul\u00e9es au courant des pr\u00e9sidentielles pass\u00e9es, de 1996 \u00e0 2016, ont montr\u00e9 une certaine incapacit\u00e9 de l\u2019opposition \u00e0 faire face au r\u00e9gime, en pr\u00e9sentant un candidat unique \u00bb.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019apr\u00e8s \u00ab 30 ans d\u2019\u00e9lection, tous les acteurs de l\u2019opposition peuvent s\u2019accorder \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre que cette politique de faire cavalier seul dans une sorte de multitude de partis de l\u2019opposition, face \u00e0 l\u2019unique et incontournable candidat du MPS depuis 1996 a montr\u00e9 ses limites \u00bb<\/p>\n

L\u2019Alliance victoire fait savoir qu\u2019elle \u00e9labore un programme commun de gouvernement, un code de conduite et d\u00e9finit les crit\u00e8res de d\u00e9signation du candidat unique : \u00ab sur la base transparente et consensuelle \u00bb.
