Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Dans la ville de Ndjamena, des enfants vivent \u00e0 \u00ab la sueur de leur front \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Nombreux sont contraints d\u2019exercer un travail, ou de mendier pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins.<\/p>\n

Les uns dans les poubelles, \u00e0 la recherche de bouteilles d’eau jet\u00e9es pour les revendre, les autres dans les march\u00e9s, pour la mendicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Ceci met en p\u00e9ril leur sant\u00e9 et leur \u00e9ducation, une triste r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qui se passe dans la ville de Ndjamena.<\/p>\n

Pourtant, la protection de l’enfance vise \u00e0 garantir la prise en compte des besoins fondamentaux de l’enfant, \u00e0 soutenir son d\u00e9veloppement physique, affectif, intellectuel et social, \u00e0 pr\u00e9server sa sant\u00e9, sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9, sa moralit\u00e9 et son \u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n

L’article 4 de la D\u00e9claration des droits des enfants de 1959 stipule que \u00ab l’enfant doit b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, il doit grandir et se d\u00e9velopper d’une fa\u00e7on saine, l’enfant a droit \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation, \u00e0 un logement, \u00e0 des loisirs et des soins ad\u00e9quates \u00bb (Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Nations Unies).<\/p>\n

Malheureusement, ce beau texte est bafou\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Certains parents n’ont que les yeux pour regarder leurs prog\u00e9nitures vivre dans la mis\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Beaucoup disent que Dieu va les prendre en charge.<\/p>\n

La mauvaise protection de l’enfance est la cause directe du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des enfants de la rue.<\/p>\n

\u00c9loign\u00e9s du chemin de l’\u00e9cole, ces enfants grandissent sans connaissance, ni culture appropri\u00e9e, et deviennent un danger pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La protection de l’enfant au Tchad n’est que sur le papier, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur le terrain d\u00e9montre le contraire, \u00e0 travers certaines images.<\/p>\n

En effet, la protection de l’enfance incombe en premier lieu \u00e0 l’autorit\u00e9 parentale.<\/p>\n

La convention sociale incombe aux \u00c9tats.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 cette stade, la responsabilit\u00e9 est partag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Toutefois, le minist\u00e8re de la Femme et de la Protection de l’enfance est interpell\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pour ne pas remettre en cause le r\u00f4le de cette tutelle, tout porte \u00e0 croire que la patronne de ce minist\u00e8re s’est engag\u00e9e beaucoup plus contre les violences faites aux femmes.<\/p>\n

Et l’on se pose toujours la question sur l\u2019avenir des enfants de la rue.<\/p>\n

Par cons\u00e9quent, la protection de l’enfance doit devenir une affaire de tous.<\/p>\n
