{"id":27435,"date":"2022-06-19T10:41:25","date_gmt":"2022-06-19T10:41:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/politique\/baccalaureat-voici-comment-gerer-les-moments-de-stress"},"modified":"2022-06-19T10:53:24","modified_gmt":"2022-06-19T10:53:24","slug":"baccalaureat-voici-comment-gerer-les-moments-de-stress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/culture-et-art\/baccalaureat-voici-comment-gerer-les-moments-de-stress","title":{"rendered":"Baccalaur\u00e9at : voici comment g\u00e9rer les moments de stress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le jour tant attendu par les candidats au bac s\u2019approche \u00e0 grand pas.<\/p>\n<p>Cette longue attente est un moment de stress, de mal de t\u00eate mais aussi d\u2019insomnie dont font face les candidats, pour cela pouvait \u00eatre \u00e9viter.<\/p>\n<p>Le psychologue Djingambaye Mathias donne quelques conseils et astuces pour affronter ais\u00e9ment cet examen sans \u00ab casse-t\u00eate \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La confiance en soi<\/p>\n<p>Pour le psychologue, la confiance en soi est le premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important, si le candidat veut g\u00e9rer le stress, les maux de t\u00eate et l\u2019insomnie.<\/p>\n<p>Cette confiance leur permettra de ne pas trop se mettre la pression dans leurs recherches ou leurs r\u00e9visions.<\/p>\n<p>Car ils sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 assez pr\u00e9par\u00e9s et ont tous les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour affronter cet examen \u00bb, dit-il.<\/p>\n<p>Les exercices intenses fatiguent le cerveau et font gaspiller trop d\u2019\u00e9nergies, ce qui n\u2019est pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour un candidat \u00e0 un examen comme le bac.<\/p>\n<p>Faire des exercices intenses est un signe de manque de confiance en soi et responsable des soucis de sommeil, selon le Djingambaye Mathias.<\/p>\n<p>Pour avoir toujours son objectif en vue, il conseille aux candidats au bac d\u2019\u00e9viter les activit\u00e9s qui distraient et qui pourront provoquer des doutes et de peur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Les activit\u00e9s physiques sont tr\u00e8s n\u00e9cessaires pour la gestion de stress \u00bb, appuie le psychologue qui pr\u00e9cise que ces activit\u00e9s permettent \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des nouvelles \u00e9nergies, sans parler du taux de concentration qu\u2019ils permettent d\u2019augmenter.<\/p>\n<p>A trois ou deux jours de l\u2019examen, \u00ab les candidats doivent faire un peu de loisirs pour pouvoir lib\u00e9rer un peu le corps de toutes les pressions auxquelles il s\u2019est soumis pendant la p\u00e9riode de la pr\u00e9paration \u00bb, conseille Djingambaye Mathias.<\/p>\n<p>Les candidats doivent aussi \u00e9viter de continuer de veiller, mais ils doivent rester concentrer sur eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de se permettre un bon sommeil, ils peuvent aussi faire des balades et des exercices de relaxation comme des \u00e9tirements, respirer profond\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p>Et surtout il faut \u00ab manger comme il faut \u00bb, encourage-t-il.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour plus d&rsquo;informations et d&rsquo;analyses sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\">Tchad<\/a>, suivez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad.
