Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019Agence tchadienne de normalisation (ATNOR) a organis\u00e9 le 20 juin 2022 une s\u00e9ance de sensibilisation des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques du secteur priv\u00e9 et publique sur l\u2019importance de la normalisation.<\/b><\/p>\n

La journ\u00e9e portes ouvertes a vu la participation du pr\u00e9sident de la chambre du Commerce Ali Adji, des responsables de l\u2019ATNOR, des op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques et les chefs de services des institutions publiques.<\/p>\n

Lan\u00e7ant officiellement les travaux de cette journ\u00e9e, le ministre du Commerce et de l\u2019Industrie, Ali Djadda Kampard a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019engagement du gouvernement de transition en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement socio-\u00e9conomique, qui se traduit par la mise en oeuvre de plusieurs projets et programmes y aff\u00e9rents, notamment l\u2019op\u00e9rationnalisation de l\u2019Agence Tchadienne de Normalisation, cr\u00e9\u00e9e par la Loi n\u00b0044\/PR\/2014 du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2014.<\/p>\n

\u00ab L\u2019 ATNOR doit participer activement aux activit\u00e9s visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des produits et services en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et de nos produits locaux en particulier. Pour cela, il est important de continuer \u00e0 renforcer ses capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles et op\u00e9rationnelles afin d\u2019assurer sa mission combien noble mais sacr\u00e9e, dans toutes les provinces et d\u2019affirmer son ambition d\u2019instrument de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence nationale en mati\u00e8re de certification et d\u2019\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le ministre Ali Djadda Kampard.<\/p>\n

Les participants ont \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur la pr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019ATNOR, l\u2019importance du Commerce International, les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019\u00e9laboration des normes, le lien entre la Normalisation et la ZLECAF.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, l\u2019ATNOR est un \u00e9tablissement public \u00e0 caract\u00e8re administratif, dot\u00e9e de la personnalit\u00e9 juridique, de l\u2019autonomie financi\u00e8re et de gestion. Elle est plac\u00e9e sous la tutelle du minist\u00e8re du Commerce et de l\u2019Industrie.<\/p>\n

En tant qu\u2019organisme National de Normalisation et d\u2019\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9, l\u2019ATNOR a pour mission de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la politique du gouvernement dans le domaine de la normalisation et de la qualit\u00e9 au Tchad.<\/p>\n
