C\u2019est dans le cadre du projet d\u2019appui au d\u00e9veloppement des offres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques renouvelables et mobilisation des ressources du Programme des Nations unies pour le d\u00e9veloppement (PNUD).<\/p>\n

Remerciant le donateur, le pr\u00e9fet du Chari, Oumar Barkoutou Dabono affirme que ces \u00e9quipements \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques viennent appuyer la population de Mandelia qui souffre de probl\u00e8me de l\u2019\u00e9nergie depuis la nuit des temps.<\/p>\n

\u201cLes choses sont au vu et au su de tout le monde, la r\u00e9partition est faite de mani\u00e8re transparente.<\/p>\n

Nous tendons toujours la main au PNUD de toujours soutenir Mandelia\u201c, affirme-t-il.<\/p>\n

Pour le repr\u00e9sentant r\u00e9sident du PNUD au Tchad, Kamil Kamaluddeen, la pr\u00e9sence du PNUD \u00e0 Mandelia s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du partenariat qui existe entre le gouvernement tchadien et son institution.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans ce sens que le PNUD, dans le cadre pilote du projet d\u2019appui au d\u00e9veloppement des offres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques renouvelables et mobilisation des ressources, a essay\u00e9 d\u2019offrir ces mat\u00e9riels de diff\u00e9rentes gammes pour pouvoir tester les solutions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques afin de contribuer \u00e0 relever l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale.<\/p>\n
