Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>L’Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM) au Tchad sensibilise sur les proc\u00e9dures d’aide au retour volontaire de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration, ainsi que la politique de retour, r\u00e9admission et de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration, pour les diff\u00e9rentes administrations \u00e9tatiques, les ambassadeurs et missions consulaires, \u00e0 travers un atelier organis\u00e9 ce 7 juillet 2022 \u00e0 Ndjamena.<\/p>\n

L’OIM mobilise les diff\u00e9rents acteurs afin de veiller \u00e0 ce que le retour et la r\u00e9admission se d\u00e9roulent en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et dignit\u00e9, mais aussi soutenir les migrants de retour.<\/p>\n

L’organisation fait office d’interm\u00e9diaire impartial pour fournir de l’aide et des conseils aux gouvernements, ainsi qu’aux autres parties prenantes.<\/p>\n

Elle garantit la responsabilit\u00e9 et la programmation fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es factuelles, tout au long du processus de retour, de r\u00e9admission et d’int\u00e9gration, en assurant la coh\u00e9rence des activit\u00e9s pertinentes, avec les priorit\u00e9s nationales de d\u00e9veloppement et les plans-cadres de coop\u00e9ration des Nations Unies.<\/p>\n

Aladoungar Valencia, qui repr\u00e9sente le minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, de l’Int\u00e9gration africaine et des Tchadiens de l’\u00e9tranger, souligne que le gouvernement tchadien ne m\u00e9nage aucun effort pour assurer une protection efficace et efficiente des migrants tchadiens et \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle son d\u00e9partement soutient les efforts de l’OIM dans les proc\u00e9dures d’aide au retour volontaire des migrants vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n

La cheffe de mission de l’OIM, Anne Katrine Sdi\u00e4fer, pr\u00e9cise qu’apr\u00e8s le retour des migrants dans leur pays d’origine, les migrants tchadiens et \u00e9trangers re\u00e7oivent une assistance socio-\u00e9conomique qui leur permet de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer leurs communaut\u00e9s et de recommencer leurs activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Avec le soutien des \u00c9tats membres, l’OIM a mis en place une nouvelle politique de retour, de r\u00e9admission et r\u00e9int\u00e9gration qui vise \u00e0 formuler et \u00e0 transmettre \u00e0 toutes les parties prenantes, une d\u00e9marche holistique, coh\u00e9rente, fond\u00e9e sur les droits et ax\u00e9e sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable d’une bonne gestion du retour, de la r\u00e9admission et la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration p\u00e9renne, et qui tient compte du bien-\u00eatre des personnes et des communaut\u00e9s, de fa\u00e7on impartiale et non-discriminatoire.<\/p>\n
