{"id":28486,"date":"2022-07-07T17:16:48","date_gmt":"2022-07-07T17:16:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/politique\/des-manquements-constates-dans-tous-les-chantiers-publics-a-mongo"},"modified":"2022-07-07T17:36:32","modified_gmt":"2022-07-07T17:36:32","slug":"des-manquements-constates-dans-tous-les-chantiers-publics-a-mongo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/toutes-les-actualites\/des-manquements-constates-dans-tous-les-chantiers-publics-a-mongo","title":{"rendered":"des manquements constat\u00e9s dans tous les chantiers publics \u00e0 Mongo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le gouverneur de la province du Guera, Sougour Mahamat Galma, a inspect\u00e9 plusieurs chantiers en cours d\u2019ex\u00e9cution ce 6 juillet 2022.<\/p>\n<p>A cette occasion, il \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 du pr\u00e9fet de d\u00e9partement du Guera, du maire de la ville de Mongo, des autorit\u00e9s administratives, civiles et militaires.<\/p>\n<p>La visite d&rsquo;inspection a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par le chantier de construction d\u2019une aire d\u2019abattage de Hidjelidj\u00e9, une localit\u00e9 situ\u00e9e \u00e0 7 kilom\u00e8tres au Nord de la ville de Mongo.<\/p>\n<p>Ce chantier est abandonn\u00e9 depuis plus d\u2019un an et huit mois, tandis que les travaux n&rsquo;ont pas atteint 10%.<\/p>\n<p>De l&rsquo;aire d\u2019abattage, le gouverneur est pass\u00e9 par l\u2019ancienne pr\u00e9fecture, le ch\u00e2teau d\u2019eau de la ville de Longo et plusieurs autres chantiers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 chaque \u00e9tape de sa visite, le gouverneur de la province du Guera, Sougour Mahamat Galma, a fait un constat identique.<\/p>\n<p>Des manquements sont observ\u00e9s dans la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des chantiers.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouverneur a instruit les responsables en charge de ces chantiers de les finaliser dans un bref d\u00e9lai, conform\u00e9ment aux contrats sign\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut noter que cette visite inopin\u00e9e dans les chantiers, a permis de constater les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de terrain et les failles de certaines entreprises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour plus d&rsquo;informations et d&rsquo;analyses sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\">Tchad<\/a>, suivez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad.
