Il se rappelle pr\u00e9cisement de ce matin du 23 mars 2021. L\u2019octag\u00e9naire se rendait \u00e0 la mosqu\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re pri\u00e8re du jour quand des hommes arm\u00e9s ont pris d\u2019assaut son village situ\u00e9 sur la presqu\u2019\u00eele de Bohoma.<\/p>\n<p>Devant lui, certains sont tomb\u00e9s, sans pouvoir jamais se relever. D\u2019autres ont pris la fuite pour survivre. Boudoumi, amput\u00e9 d\u2019un bras \u00e0 l\u2019issue de six mois d\u2019hospitalisation, fait partie de ces d\u00e9plac\u00e9s, un terme humanitaire qui peine \u00e0 d\u00e9crire le drame v\u00e9cu par ces victimes d\u2019un conflit asym\u00e9trique qui fait rage dans la r\u00e9gion depuis 2015. Des groupes arm\u00e9s \u2013 Boko Haram et plus r\u00e9cemment l\u2019organisation Etat islamique en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest (Iswap) \u2013 y s\u00e8ment la terreur et ont mis sur la route plus de 425 000 Tchadiens, originaires principalement des \u00eeles.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00eacheurs, agriculteurs, \u00e9leveurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints d\u2019abandonner leurs terres fertiles pour se retrancher \u00e0 l\u2019est du lac dans l\u2019un des 196 sites de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s. Ces survivants subissent la triple peine de l\u2019exil, de la famine et des effets du changement climatique dans une zone en proie aux s\u00e9cheresses r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es. Peu m\u00e9diatis\u00e9e, cette crise humanitaire est pourtant l\u2019une des plus graves du continent africain.<\/p>\n\r\n                <style type=\"text\/css\">\r\n                    \r\n
