Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Les chefs d\u2019Etat du G5 Sahel se sont retrouv\u00e9s ce 15 f\u00e9vrier 2021 \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena pour faire le point sur la lutte anti-djihadiste. Ces travaux interviennent un an apr\u00e8s le sommet de Pau.<\/b><\/p>\n

Dans son allocution, \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture de ce 7\u00e8me sommet des chefs d\u2019Etat du G5 Sahel, le pr\u00e9sident tchadien, Idriss Deby Itno a not\u00e9 que le succ\u00e8s de la lutte contre le terrorisme est conditionn\u00e9 par les actions concr\u00e8tes de d\u00e9veloppement. Il invite ses pairs \u00e0 cr\u00e9er conditions favorables au bien-\u00eatre socio-\u00e9conomique des jeunes. \u00ab Le financement des programmes et projets de d\u00e9veloppement est un imp\u00e9ratif de premier ordre \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Idriss Deby, qui estime que la mis\u00e8re et la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 mat\u00e9rielle alimentent et fertilisent le terreau du terrorisme et du radicalisme violent. Pour Idriss Deby, le programme d\u2019investissement prioritaire du G5 Sahel est une condition sine qua non dans la lutte contre le terrorisme.<\/p>\n

\u00e8me La lutte contre le terrorisme n\u00e9cessite la mise \u00e0 jour continue des strat\u00e9gies de lutte et de protection, estime le Mar\u00e9chal du Tchad. \u00ab Les n\u00e9buleuses terroristes qui affinent sans cesse leurs strat\u00e9gies criminelles en faisant montre d\u2019une rare r\u00e9silience continuent \u00e0 mettre nos efforts \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve \u00bb, se plaint le Mar\u00e9chal du Tchad. Il sollicite le renfort de la communaut\u00e9 internationale et la volont\u00e9 des pays membres de l\u2019espace pour mettre \u00e0 d\u00e9route les groupes terroristes.<\/p>\n
