Fran\u00e7ois Tombalbaye, alors Premier ministre prononce le discours d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance du Tchad, prononce le discours d\u2019entr\u00e9e dans un nouvel air. C\u2019\u00e9tait sur le perron de l\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville de Fort-Lamy (actuel N\u2019Djamena). La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie avait \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par un incident, une coupure d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 subite, au moment o\u00f9 le premier pr\u00e9sident tchadien devait prononcer son discours. L\u2019obscurit\u00e9 n\u2019a pas emp\u00each\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ois Tombalbaye de poursuivre.<\/p>\n<p>Le 11 ao\u00fbt 2022, \u00e7a fera 62 ans que le Tchad est ind\u00e9pendant.
