Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le pr\u00e9sident de la transition a appel\u00e9 les groupes \u00ab politico-militaires, encore sceptiques, \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer leur position \u00bb sur le dialogue national inclusif.Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by Itno, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil militaire de transition, s\u2019est adress\u00e9 dans la soir\u00e9e du mercredi 10 ao\u00fbt aux Tchadiens, \u00e0 la veille du 62e anniversaire de l\u2019accession du pays \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 internationale. Un moment festif qui cache mal les dissensions politiques internes, sur fond de luttes arm\u00e9es, ayant conduit en avril 2021 au meurtre du pr\u00e9sident en exercice, Idriss D\u00e9by Itno, alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait parti combattre les rebelles au nord du pays.<\/p>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, son fils, Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by Itno, a repris le pouvoir et tente de ramener la paix. Lundi dernier, \u00e0 Doha, au Qatar, o\u00f9 ont eu lieu des pourparlers avec les groupes rebelles, il a d\u00e9croch\u00e9 la signature d\u2019une quarantaine d\u2019entre eux en vue de leur participation au \u00ab dialogue national inclusif \u00bb, pr\u00e9vu le 20 ao\u00fbt \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena, la capitale. Certaines factions, comme le Front pour l\u2019alternance et la concorde au Tchad (Fact), \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la mort de son p\u00e8re au front, ont refus\u00e9 toutefois d\u2019y participer. Mais Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by ne d\u00e9sesp\u00e8re pas. Il leur a lanc\u00e9 un nouvel appel pour sortir le Tchad de ses d\u00e9cennies de luttes internes.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui, plus que jamais, nous serons face \u00e0 notre responsabilit\u00e9 devant l\u2019histoire. La responsabilit\u00e9 de parler de questions longtemps \u00e9vit\u00e9es ou consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme taboues. La responsabilit\u00e9 de prendre des d\u00e9cisions difficiles pour enfin \u00e9crire ensemble la plus belle page de l\u2019histoire du Tchad. Je lance, une fois de plus, un sinc\u00e8re appel \u00e0 l\u2019endroit de nos fr\u00e8res politico-militaires, encore sceptiques, \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer leur position, en vue de saisir cette opportunit\u00e9 historique d\u2019un nouveau d\u00e9part pour notre cher et beau pays \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le dirigeant qui souhaite, \u00e0 travers cette discussion, permettre le retour \u00e0 l\u2019ordre constitutionnel.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019est voulu aussi rassurant par rapport \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 du dialogue national, promettant qu\u2019aucun sujet ne sera laiss\u00e9 en rade. \u00ab Toutes les questions d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat national seront mises sur la table du dialogue. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard et conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 mes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes d\u00e9clarations, sur la souverainet\u00e9 du dialogue national inclusif, nous allons, dans les jours qui suivent, prendre un acte qui consacrera officiellement la souverainet\u00e9 du dialogue national inclusif dont les r\u00e9solutions seront ex\u00e9cutables \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dont le p\u00e8re a dirig\u00e9 le Tchad pendant 30 ans.<\/p>\n
