Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral constitutif de la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence nationale des cadres du Tchad (RENECAT) a organis\u00e9 un point de presse ce 17 ao\u00fbt 2022, au Palais du 15 janvier, marquant ainsi le d\u00e9but de ses activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Cette nouvelle entit\u00e9 est une organisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, dot\u00e9e d’un statut et d’un r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur r\u00e9gissant son action, d\u00e9clare le repr\u00e9sentant de RENECAT, Pr Ahmed Mohammed Mohadjir.<\/p>\n

Le RENECAT se dit fier de l’accord sign\u00e9 entre les politico-militaires et le gouvernement \u00e0 Doha. Il consid\u00e8re que cet accord est une occasion historique pour l’avenir du Tchad.<\/p>\n

Compte tenu de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 urgente de cr\u00e9er un environnement homog\u00e8ne entre les deux langues officielles parl\u00e9es dans les \u00e9tablissements de l’Etat, et de transcender le regard des pairs parmi les cadres, le RENECAT demande l’application du bilinguisme et l’am\u00e9lioration du niveau d’\u00e9ducation, en contribuant \u00e0 la recherche scientifique.<\/p>\n
