Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le 22 ao\u00fbt 2022, le pr\u00e9sident du Tribunal de grande instance de N\u2019Djamena, Mahamat Saleh Adoum Dabara, a ordonn\u00e9 \u00e0 Yaya Dillo Djerou la cessation de toute activit\u00e9 au nom du Parti socialiste sans fronti\u00e8res (PSF).<\/p>\n

Un acharnement, d\u00e9nonce le camp de Yaya Dillo<\/b><\/p>\n

Le camp de Yaya Dillo d\u00e9nonce un \u00ab\u00a0acharnement politico-judiciaire depuis le d\u00e9clenchement de la dynamique de contestation du simulacre de transition\u00a0\u00bb. Il a introduit une demande de cessation de troubles \u00e0 la justice afin que le camp de Dinamou Daram cesse d’agir au nom du parti. La partie adverse a fait opposition et a \u00e9galement introduit une requ\u00eate en cessation d’activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Le pr\u00e9sident Yaya Dillo a choisi de se taire puisque l’ordonnance le vise personnellement et la justice montre des signes de collaboration. Nous avons fait opposition \u00e0 leur ordonnance pour que le juge se r\u00e9tracte\u00a0\u00bb,<\/b> selon le camp de Yaya Dillo.<\/p>\n

Tensions entre Yaya Dillo et Dinamou Daram<\/b><\/p>\n

Yaya Dillo et son ancien vice-pr\u00e9sident Dinamou Daram se sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s il y a quelques mois apr\u00e8s des accusations de trahison. D\u00e9sormais, chacun revendique la pr\u00e9sidence du parti : Yaya Dillo a pris une d\u00e9cision supprimant le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident tandis que Dinamou Daram s\u2019est r\u00e9uni avec le bureau ex\u00e9cutif pour destituer Yaya Dillo.<\/p>\n

Le juge estime que Yaya Dillo continue d\u2019agir au nom du parti alors qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas la qualit\u00e9 pour le faire. Il affirme \u00e9galement que Yaya Dillo n\u2019a pas r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 un formalisme obligatoire et a m\u00eame oppos\u00e9 un refus cat\u00e9gorique : se rendre \u00e0 la police pour l\u2019enqu\u00eate de moralit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
