Il est mis en \u0153uvre par la Croix-Rouge du Tchad et la Croix-Rouge franc\u0327aise. Il a pour objectif principal de contribuer a\u0300 satisfaire les besoins humanitaires des migrants et a\u0300 assurer leur protection ainsi que le respect de leur dignite\u0301 dans la province du Batha. Ce projet intervient dans trois zones de la province a\u0300 savoir : Ati, Abouhadjilidj et Yao.<\/p>\n<p>Assilek Abdel-kerim, pre\u0301sident de la Croix-Rouge provinciale du Batha et Rawda Abdraman Hallou, repre\u0301sentante du pre\u0301sident de la Croix-Rouge du Tchad, ont salue\u0301 les diffe\u0301rents appuis pour la concre\u0301tisation du projet.<\/p>\n<p>Ouvrant les travaux, le secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de la province du Batha, repre\u0301sentant le gouverneur Abdel Aziz Mai\u0308 Mahamat, a souligne\u0301 que ce projet sera mis en \u0153uvre en adoptant le mode\u0300le des points de services humanitaires, a\u0300 travers lesquels des guichets uniques permettront aux e\u0301quipes de la Croix-Rouge du Tchad d&rsquo;aller a\u0300 la rencontre des migrants pour leur octroyer un paquet d&rsquo;assistance et de protection conformes a\u0300 la Convention internationale sur la protection des droits des migrants et des membres de leurs familles.<\/p>\n<p>Abdel Aziz Mai\u0308 Mahamat rappelle que les migrants qui utilisent le ressort territorial du Batha comme porte de de\u0301part, de destination ou de couloir de transit migratoire, pourront avoir de\u0301sormais un acce\u0300s su\u0302r a\u0300 toute une panoplie de services suivant leurs besoins et en temps re\u0301el.
