Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne naturel, avec ses impacts n\u00e9gatifs ou positifs, d\u00e9pend des al\u00e9as climatiques dans un continent, un pays et ses villes. L’abondance des pluies est en l\u2019occurrence une bonne chose sous l’angle agricole, et devient un mal, quand il y a l’inondation.<\/p>\n

C’est le cas v\u00e9cu dans la capitale Ndjamena actuellement. Commenc\u00e9e tard au mois de juillet, la saison des pluies de l’ann\u00e9e agricole 2022 a enregistr\u00e9 de grosses pluies, causant l’inondation. Des quartiers, des arrondissements et des villages sont sous les eaux pluviales.<\/p>\n

Poussant ainsi bon nombre de familles \u00e0 quitter leurs demeures respectives, afin de se r\u00e9fugier dans les structures \u00e9tatiques comme : les \u00e9tablissements scolaires et certaines \u00e9glises en provinces. L’inondation \u00e0 Ndjamena est surtout une question d’organisation et de savoir-faire qui manquent aux diff\u00e9rentes autorit\u00e9s, jusqu’au sommet de l’\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n

L’absence de canaux de drainage, dans la ville capitale, est la cause de ces probl\u00e8mes. Les eaux non drain\u00e9es se d\u00e9versent dans les concessions, les rues et occupent certaines voies publiques. Cependant, ces eaux pluviales ne sont-elles pas une opportunit\u00e9 ? Les eaux de pluies sont une opportunit\u00e9 si et seulement si elles sont bien canalis\u00e9es vers les bassins de r\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n

Ces bassins de r\u00e9tention serviront aux populations riveraines, afin de pratiquer le mara\u00eechage. L’autre avantage, les eaux pluviales bien canalis\u00e9es, hors de la ville, peuvent \u00eatre un avantage pour r\u00e9soudre l’\u00e9pineux conflit entre agriculteurs et \u00e9leveurs qui fait des victimes chaque jour.<\/p>\n

Le Tchad \u00e9tant un pays dont l’\u00e9conomie repose sur l’agriculture et l’\u00e9levage, peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 prendre son envol. Pourtant, ce ne sont pas les ressources financi\u00e8res et humaines qui manquent. On ne devrait pas se lamenter pour quoi que ce soit. Cela dit, il importe que les futurs dirigeants du Tchad survolent leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9go\u00efstes, afin de regarder l’int\u00e9r\u00eat national. Les hommes qu’il faut \u00e0 la place qu’il faut, pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n

Les eaux pluviales seront toujours un probl\u00e8me tant qu’il n’y aura pas une bonne politique d’urbanisation et d’assainissement. Les eaux de pluies sont donc une opportunit\u00e9 et la solution \u00e0 plusieurs difficult\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
