Le chercheur d\u2019Amnesty international note que : \u00ab Les autorit\u00e9s tchadiennes doivent ouvrir de toute urgence une enqu\u00eate ind\u00e9pendante, impartiale et efficace sur le recours \u00e0 la force meurtri\u00e8re lors d\u2019une descente au domicile de Yaya Dillo, candidat de l\u2019opposition \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle, et sur l\u2019homicide de proches de cet homme.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Yaya Dillo a affirm\u00e9 que sa m\u00e8re, son fils et trois de ses sympathisantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s lors d\u2019un raid effectu\u00e9 par les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 son domicile. Selon le gouvernement, la police a essay\u00e9 d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter deux mandats judiciaires, a ripost\u00e9 \u00e0 des tirs provenant de la r\u00e9sidence de Yaya Dillo, et deux personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es et cinq bless\u00e9es, parmi lesquelles trois membres des forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ces homicides illustrent les fortes tensions auxquelles le Tchad est en proie \u00e0 l\u2019approche de l\u2019\u00e9lection du mois prochain. On d\u00e9plore d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 des violations des droits humains, qui prennent la forme d\u2019une interdiction de manifester et d\u2019arrestations arbitraires. Certaines informations font par ailleurs \u00e9tat de coupures d\u2019Internet relevant d\u2019une attaque injustifi\u00e9e contre la libert\u00e9 des m\u00e9dias et la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Face \u00e0 cette instabilit\u00e9 et craignant une escalade de la violence, nous demandons aux autorit\u00e9s tchadiennes de diligenter une enqu\u00eate ind\u00e9pendante et efficace sur le recours par la police \u00e0 une force meurtri\u00e8re, afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir les faits et de veiller \u00e0 ce que toute personne soup\u00e7onn\u00e9e d\u2019\u00eatre p\u00e9nalement responsable soit amen\u00e9e \u00e0 rendre des comptes dans le cadre d\u2019un proc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable. Les autorit\u00e9s doivent aussi r\u00e9tablir l\u2019espace politique et civique au Tchad, qui se r\u00e9duit \u00e0 grande vitesse actuellement, en garantissant le droit \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression et de r\u00e9union, et en assurant que la connexion Internet ne connaisse aucune interruption. \u00bb, conclut le chercheur de cette institution.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
