Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Saleh Kebzabo se retire de la course \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle apr\u00e8s la tuerie chez l\u2019opposant Yaya Dillo. L\u2019UNDR d\u00e9nonce un climat s\u00e9curitaire d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re.<\/b><\/p>\n

C\u2019est un nouveau rebondissement dans la campagne pr\u00e9sidentielle tchadienne pour l\u2019\u00e9lection du 11 avril prochain. Joint par la DW ce lundi 1er mars, un cadre de l\u2019UNDR confirme le retrait d\u00e9finitif de la course \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle du candidat Saleh Kebzabo, l\u2019un des principaux candidats de l\u2019opposition. \u201cL\u2019atmosph\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale n\u2019est pas indiqu\u00e9e pour des \u00e9lections sereines\u201d, justifie ce membre du parti.<\/p>\n

Ce retrait survient apr\u00e8s la tuerie \u00e0 son domicile, dimanche 28 f\u00e9vrier, de proches de l\u2019opposant Yaya Dillo. La m\u00e8re et le fils de cet ancien rebelle, ensuite devenu proche du pr\u00e9sident tchadien, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Selon Abdelkarim Yacoub Koundougoumi, directeur du bureau Afrique de l\u2019ONG Internet sans fronti\u00e8res, \u201cle cas malheureux au domicile de Yaya Dillo montre \u00e0 suffisance le degr\u00e9 de violence que ce r\u00e9gime est pr\u00eat \u00e0 atteindre pour pouvoir emp\u00eacher n\u2019importe quel candidat cr\u00e9dible de pouvoir se pr\u00e9senter contre lui\u201d. Ce Tchadien de la diaspora, par ailleurs chercheur associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Institut prospective et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en Europe, ajoute que le pouvoir a alors \u201cmaniganc\u00e9 pour pouvoir l\u2019en (Yaya Dillo) emp\u00eacher, m\u00eame jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tenter de l\u2019\u00e9liminer physiquement pour l\u2019emp\u00eacher d\u2019\u00eatre candidat\u201d.<\/p>\n

Yaya Dillo introuvable<\/p>\n

Yaya Dillo aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 exfiltr\u00e9 de son domicile. Il \u00e9tait injoignable ce lundi, alors que le r\u00e9seau t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique est tr\u00e8s perturb\u00e9 au Tchad. Sa position demeure inconnue selon le procureur de la R\u00e9publique. Le parquet assure avoir ouvert une enqu\u00eate pour meurtre afin d\u2019\u00e9lucider les conditions dans lesquelles la situation a d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 lors de la tentative d\u2019interpellation de l\u2019opposant Yaya Dillo<\/p>\n

Le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Amine Abba Sidick, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que Yaya Dillo \u201cest revenu r\u00e9cemment et clandestinement \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena d\u00e9poser sa candidature \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle, probablement ainsi obtenir une protection de fait lui permettant de se soustraire aux poursuites judiciaires dont il est l\u2019objet\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l\u2019heure de publication de cet article, nous ne disposons pas d\u2019informations cr\u00e9dibles qui confirment le retrait de Yaya Dillo de la course \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle.<\/p>\n

Helga Dickow, experte \u00e0 l\u2019Institut Arnold-Bergstr\u00e4sser de Fribourg en Allemagne, observe cependant que le pr\u00e9sident Idriss D\u00e9by durcit la r\u00e9pression pour mieux assurer sa victoire au scrutin d\u2019avril. \u201cL\u2019intimidation est certainement un objectif. La r\u00e9pression en lien avec les \u00e9lections n\u2019est pas une chose nouvelle au Tchad\u201d, analyse cette sp\u00e9cialiste du pays.<\/p>\n

Au sein du parti de Saleh Kebzabo on d\u00e9nonce des conditions biais\u00e9es pour la bonne tenue du scrutin, conditions qui pourraient ouvrir un boulevard pour la r\u00e9\u00e9lection du pr\u00e9sident D\u00e9by. \u201cLe boulevard le m\u00e8ne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Paris\u201d, indique le cadre du parti de Saleh Kebzabo.<\/p>\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019analyste politique tchadien Abdelkarim Yacoub Koundougoumi, appelle la France \u00e0 condamner ce qui se passe au Tchad et \u00e0 ne surtout pas rester muette face \u00e0 la violence.<\/p>\n
