Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le ministe\u0300re des Finances et du Budget, a\u0300 travers un communique\u0301 du 24 novembre 2022, annonce le paiement, pour apurement, des titres et arrie\u0301re\u0301s des accessoires de salaires des fonctionnaires.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le ministe\u0300re des Finances, du Budget et des Comptes Publics proce\u0301dera a\u0300 partir du mardi 25 octobre 2022 au paiement, pour apurement, des titres et arrie\u0301re\u0301s des accessoires.<\/b> \u00bb Le directeur de la communication dudit ministe\u0300re, Adam Abakar Kayaye explique cette de\u0301cision fait suite aux engagements pris par le gouvernement dans le cadre du Pacte social triennal. Ainsi il sera inclus dans les salaires de ce mois :<\/p>\n

Les rappels des salaires en instance; Les allocations des conge\u0301-retraite en instance; Les indemnite\u0301s pour services rendus en instance; Les \u00ab capital de de\u0301ce\u0300s \u00bb civils et militaires en instance;<\/p>\n

Les arrie\u0301re\u0301s des allocations des conge\u0301s annuels du personnel de l\u2019Ex- Primature (ante\u0301-2019), l\u2019ex-Me\u0301diateur (ante\u0301-2019), de l\u2019ex-HCC (ante\u0301-2019), de l\u2019ex-Cour des Comptes (anne\u0301e -2019);<\/p>\n

Les droits sociaux des contractuels de l\u2019Etat admis a\u0300 la retraite en instance; Les indemnite\u0301s de premie\u0300re mise d\u2019e\u0301quipement, rappel et conge\u0301 des diplomates en instance;<\/p>\n

Les frais de me\u0301moires de fin d\u2019e\u0301tudes en instance; Les remboursements des IRRP des e\u0301tudiants fonctionnaires en instance; Les frais de scolarite\u0301 des enfants des diplomates en instance;<\/p>\n

Les frais de transport restant des agents actifs, inactifs et omis des anne\u0301es 2016 a\u0300 2021. Le communique\u0301 pre\u0301cise que les obligations financie\u0300res du gouvernement au titre du Pacte Social Triennal sont remplies.<\/p>\n
