Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>\u00ab\u00a0Pour un retour a\u0300 l\u2019ordre constitutionnel, condition premie\u0300re pour restaurer la paix dans le c\u0153ur des Tchadiens et refonder les assises d\u2019une nation prospe\u0300re\u00a0\u00bb, le programme politique du gouvernement aura \u00ab\u00a0sept priorite\u0301s\u00a0\u00bb dans son chronogramme, a indique\u0301, jeudi, au Conseil National de Transition (CNT), le Premier ministre du Tchad, Saleh Kebzabo.<\/p>\n

D\u2019apre\u0300s le chef du gouvernement tchadien, la premie\u0300re priorite\u0301 est la re\u0301daction du projet de la nouvelle constitution. Elle est suivie par la mise en place d\u2019un nouveau cadre de concertation des partis politiques.<\/p>\n

La mise en place de la nouvelle structure charge\u0301e de l\u2019organisation des e\u0301lections et la re\u0301vision du fichier e\u0301lectoral, la mise a\u0300 jour du de\u0301coupage territorial et l\u2019organisation du re\u0301fe\u0301rendum constitutionnel ainsi que la mise a\u0300 jour des textes juridiques relatifs aux e\u0301lections vont meubler ce chronogramme.<\/p>\n

Selon le gouvernement tchadien, l\u2019organisation des e\u0301lections ge\u0301ne\u0301rales \u00ab\u00a0au plus tard la fin de l\u2019anne\u0301e 2024\u00a0\u00bb va achever ce programme politique.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Le plus important, c’est de faire en sorte que le pays travaille. 24 mois de travail et non 24 mois au travail\u00a0\u00bb, a souligne\u0301 Saleh Kebzabo.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous prenons acte des engagements pris par le premier ministre de transition (…) le premier ministre a pris l\u2019engagement de faire du Tchad un E\u0301tat de droit pour le remettre sur les rails\u00a0\u00bb, a indique\u0301 Dr. Haroun Kabadi, pre\u0301sident du CNT.<\/p>\n

D\u2019apre\u0300s les dispositions de la charte de transition, le Premier ministre de transition doit pre\u0301senter dans un de\u0301lai de 21 jours apre\u0300s sa nomination, la politique ge\u0301ne\u0301rale du gouvernement au Conseil national de transition qui en prend acte.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, le gouvernement d\u2019union nationale a e\u0301te\u0301 de\u0301voile\u0301 le 14 octobre, deux jours apre\u0300s la nomination de l’opposant Saleh Kebzabo comme Premier ministre.<\/p>\n

Lors de la ce\u0301re\u0301monie de son investiture le 10 octobre pour une dure\u0301e de deux ans, le pre\u0301sident de transition, le Ge\u0301ne\u0301ral Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, avait annonce\u0301 la formation d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0gouvernement d’union nationale\u00a0\u00bb qui \u00ab\u00a0s’emploiera corps et a\u0302me pour que la volonte\u0301 du peuple tchadien ne souffre d’aucune entorse\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le Ge\u0301ne\u0301ral Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, avait souligne\u0301 que \u00ab\u00a0le gouvernement d’union nationale travaillera pour re\u0301pondre aux pre\u0301occupations le\u0301gitimes de la population tchadienne\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
