A\u0300 la suite de ces e\u0301ve\u0300nements, un proce\u0300s-verbal de constatation des de\u0301ga\u0302ts a e\u0301te\u0301 e\u0301tabli par la police nationale et transmis au parquet.<\/p>\n

L’E\u0301tat tchadien a saisi le parquet d’une plainte contre les auteurs, coauteurs et complices de ces e\u0301ve\u0300nements.<\/p>\n

Le parquet a effectue\u0301 une mission judiciaire a\u0300 Koro Toro pour interroger les personnes interpelle\u0301es et leur re\u0301server une suite judiciaire. Parmi ces personnes, 401 ont e\u0301te\u0301 oriente\u0301es par devant le tribunal suivant la proce\u0301dure de flagrant de\u0301lit.<\/p>\n
