Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>R\u00e9unis en urgence ce 18 mars 2021 en urgence, Le Bureau ex\u00e9cutif du Syndicats des magistrats du Tchad, se dit scandalis\u00e9 par la menace de mort contre un magistrat du Tribunal de Grande Instance de Fada.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident du bureau ex\u00e9cutif du SMT, Moussa Wade Djibrini note que : \u00ab suite \u00e0 une lib\u00e9ration d\u2019un condamn\u00e9, pour des faits de coups et blessures volontaire ayant purg\u00e9 sa peine, par le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal assurant l\u2019int\u00e9rim du Procureur de la r\u00e9publique, les parents de la victime ont prof\u00e9r\u00e9 des menaces r\u00e9elles de mort sur la personne de Abdallah Mahamat Gnergner, pr\u00e9sident du tribunal sortant et ce, par devant les autorit\u00e9s administratives et s\u00e9curitaires de la province de l\u2019Ennedi Ouest \u00bb<\/p>\n

Il regrette que depuis une semaine, le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal sortant vit sous menace au point o\u00f9 il lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 interdit , au prix de sa vie, de quitter la ville de Fada tant qu\u2019il n\u2019aura pas ramen\u00e9 le condamn\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 ou n\u2019aura pas vers\u00e9 la Diya<\/p>\n

Le SMT se dit scandalis\u00e9 par cet \u00e9tat de fait qui prime sur la justice d\u2019Etat au point ou une force priv\u00e9e puisse contraindre un ordre \u00e9tatique et terroriser un magistrat pour avoir accompli sa mission. Le syndicat des magistrats invite le chef de l\u2019Etat, par ailleurs, pr\u00e9sident du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur des magistrats \u00e0 s\u2019investir personnellement afin que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des magistrats du Tribunal de grande instance de Fada soit assur\u00e9 et qu\u2019en outre, le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal sortant soit lib\u00e9r\u00e9 afin qu\u2019il puisse regagner son nouveau poste \u00e0 Mongo<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
