Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Cent trente-neuf personnes arre\u0302te\u0301es au cours d\u2019une manifestation re\u0301prime\u0301e dans un bain de sang le 20 octobre au Tchad ont e\u0301te\u0301 remises en liberte\u0301 le 11 de\u0301cembre au soir apre\u0300s un mois et demi de de\u0301tention, a annonce\u0301 le substitut du procureur de la Re\u0301publique de N\u2019Djamena.<\/p>\n

Ils sont arrive\u0301s en fin de journe\u0301e au ministe\u0300re de la Justice a\u0300 N\u2019Djamena a\u0300 bord de ve\u0301hicules militaires apre\u0300s 48 heures de route depuis la prison de Koro Toro et avaient l\u2019air fatigue\u0301s, a constate\u0301 un journaliste. Dans la journe\u0301e du 8 de\u0301cembre, 80 jeunes a\u0302ge\u0301s de 13 a\u0300 18 ans avaient de\u0301ja\u0300 e\u0301te\u0301 remis en liberte\u0301 provisoire.<\/p>\n

Une cinquantaine de morts<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00ab Toutes ces personnes sont munies d\u2019un ordre de libe\u0301ration. De\u0300s cet instant, elles sont libres et peuvent rentrer chez elles \u00bb, a de\u0301clare\u0301 le second substitut du procureur de N\u2019Djamena, Rachid Mahamat Allamine. Au total, 80 d\u2019entre elles ont e\u0301cope\u0301 de un a\u0300 deux ans d\u2019emprisonnement avec sursis et les 59 autres ont e\u0301te\u0301 relaxe\u0301es a\u0300 l\u2019issue du proce\u0300s de masse au cours duquel 401 personnes ont e\u0301te\u0301 juge\u0301es.<\/p>\n

Ces dernie\u0300res avaient e\u0301te\u0301 arre\u0302te\u0301es a\u0300 N\u2019Djamena pendant et apre\u0300s la manifestation organise\u0301e le 20 octobre contre le pouvoir qui avait fait une cinquantaine de morts, essentiellement dans la capitale, quand les forces de l\u2019ordre avaient ouvert le feu.<\/p>\n

Huis clos<\/b><\/p>\n

Les autorite\u0301s ont reconnu l\u2019arrestation de 601 personnes dans la capitale et leur transfert dans la prison de haute se\u0301curite\u0301 de Koro Toro. Le pre\u0301sident de transition, Mahamat Idriss De\u0301by Itno, les avait accuse\u0301s d\u2019avoir voulu mener une \u00ab insurrection \u00bb et une tentative de \u00ab coup d\u2019E\u0301tat \u00bb. Le proce\u0300s s\u2019est tenu a\u0300 huis clos a\u0300 la fin de novembre pendant quatre jours, sans avocats et sans me\u0301dias inde\u0301pendants, dans le bagne de Koro Toro a\u0300 600 km au nord-est de N\u2019Djamena, la capitale, ou\u0300 les manifestants arre\u0302te\u0301s avaient e\u0301te\u0301 massivement transfe\u0301re\u0301s.<\/p>\n

Lors de ce me\u0302me proce\u0300s, 262 personnes ont e\u0301te\u0301 condamne\u0301es a\u0300 des peines de 2 a\u0300 3 ans de prison ferme pour \u00ab attroupement non autorise\u0301, destruction de biens, incendie volontaire, violence et voies de fait et trouble a\u0300 l\u2019ordre public \u00bb. A\u0300 ce jour, plus de 200 personnes sur les quelque 600 arre\u0302te\u0301es sont encore sous le coup d\u2019une enque\u0302te mene\u0301e par des juges d\u2019instruction.<\/p>\n
