Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le gouverneur de la province du Batha a lanc\u00e9 le 22 mars \u00e0 Ati la campagne de vaccination contre la rougeole, coupl\u00e9e avec la vitamine A et le Mebendazole.<\/p>\n

132.446 enfants cible \u00e2g\u00e9s de 9 \u00e0 59 mois seront vaccin\u00e9s contre le rougeole dans les sept districts que compte la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation sanitaire du Batha. Du 22 au 28 mars 2021, les agents de la sant\u00e9 vont faire trois strat\u00e9gies de vaccination \u00e0 savoir : strat\u00e9gie fix\u00e9e, strat\u00e9gie avanc\u00e9e et celle mobile pour que qu’aucun enfants ne rate cette vaccination coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 la suppl\u00e9mentation en vitamine A et au d\u00e9parasitage au Mebendazole.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 sanitaire du Batha, Dr. Foksia Elie, a expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l’assistance le contexte, l’avantage et les sympt\u00f4mes de la rougeole (fi\u00e8vre \u00e9lev\u00e9e, conjonctivite et \u00e9coulement nasal). Il a montr\u00e9 des geste simples qui permettent de limiter la propagation de virus de la rougeole (le lavage des mains, apprendre aux enfants \u00e0 le faire correctement, le lavage du nez des enfants avec du s\u00e9rum physiologique ; les enfants et adolescents doivent se couvrir la bouche quand ils toussent ou \u00e9ternuent).<\/p>\n

Donnant le coup d’envoi, le gouverneur Ahmat Mahamat Karambal a signifi\u00e9 que le Tchad s’est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 relever le taux de couverture vaccinale \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2030.<\/p>\n
