Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Les aflatoxines sont des mycotoxines produites par plusieurs espe\u0300ces d’aspergillus, un champignon pre\u0301sent dans les re\u0301gions chaudes et humides. A\u0300 la suite d’une contamination par le champignon, avant ou apre\u0300s la re\u0301colte, les aflatoxines peuvent se retrouver dans les mai\u0308s et d’autres aliments. Le champignon de l’espe\u0300ce aspergillus est omnipre\u0301sent dans le sol en milieu de forte humidite\u0301.<\/p>\n

Les re\u0301sultats de l’analyse des experts internationaux ont prouve\u0301 que le syste\u0300me de nettoyage des grains de l’usine permet de diminuer efficacement les taux d’aflatoxines. Ainsi, il y a eu une diminution de 78% des taux d’aflatoxines du mai\u0308s brut au grain nettoye\u0301 et les silos de l’usine parviennent a\u0300 conserver les grains dans des bonnes conditions. La pre\u0301sence des aflatoxines dans les grains est un proble\u0300me qui va au-dela\u0300 du seul cadre de l’usine CPL et une enque\u0302te au niveau national permettrait de de\u0301terminer l’ampleur de ce proble\u0300me.<\/p>\n

Cependant, quelques recommandations relatives a\u0300 l’hygie\u0300ne et a\u0300 la se\u0301curite\u0301 alimentaire ont e\u0301te\u0301 faites par les experts. La CPL les a mises en \u0153uvre, sous l’e\u0301troite surveillance du Ministe\u0300re du Commerce et de l’Industrie et du Centre de Contro\u0302le de Qualite\u0301 des Denre\u0301es Alimentaires (CECOQDA). Finalement, le Ministe\u0300re de Commerce a donne\u0301 l’autorisation de remettre les produits de marque Y\u00c6S sur le marche\u0301. La socie\u0301te\u0301 demeure tre\u0300s exigeante pour assurer une farine de bonne qualite\u0301 et veille continuellement au respect des normes de production agroalimentaire, en e\u0301troite collaboration avec le CECOQDA.<\/p>\n
