Le de\u0301veloppement de l\u2019Afrique et de l\u2019Asie ne fera que \u00ab\u00a0paradoxalement\u00a0\u00bb augmenter le flux migratoire vers l\u2019Union europe\u0301enne, a estime\u0301 le ministre franc\u0327ais de l\u2019Inte\u0301rieur.<\/p>\n

Et ce, parce que certains \u00ab\u00a0habitants ont plus de moyens de payer des e\u0301tudes et de voyager\u00a0\u00bb, a note\u0301 Ge\u0301rald Darmanin aupre\u0300s du quotidien Le Parisien.<\/p>\n

En plus de l\u2019e\u0301panouissement du continent africain, les changements climatiques renforceront e\u0301galement l\u2019immigration. Selon le ministre franc\u0327ais, \u00ab\u00a0le Sahara va devenir invivable avec le re\u0301chauffement climatique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Enfin, il a rappele\u0301 que la France avait \u00ab\u00a0des relations diplomatiques fortes avec la Libye, la Syrie, l\u2019Afghanistan, l\u2019Iran, le Mali, le Burkina Faso\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Par conse\u0301quent, les migrations persisteront dans les anne\u0301es a\u0300 venir \u00ab\u00a0quels que soient les responsables politiques\u00a0\u00bb a\u0300 venir et il faudra choisir \u00ab\u00a0quelles armes on se donne pour choisir notre immigration\u00a0\u00bb, conclut M.Darmanin.<\/p>\n

Ce projet de loi pre\u0301voit en effet de nombreuses mesures pour faciliter les expulsions des e\u0301trangers qui commettent des infractions, ne respectent pas les valeurs de la Re\u0301publique et qui menacent l\u2019ordre public. La proce\u0301dure juridique permettant l\u2019expulsion devrait aussi e\u0302tre simplifie\u0301e. Les contro\u0302les aux frontie\u0300res seraient e\u0301galement renforce\u0301s.<\/p>\n

D\u2019un autre co\u0302te\u0301, le gouvernement franc\u0327ais a l\u2019intention de faciliter la re\u0301gularisation des sans-papiers qui travaillent dans certains secteurs. Un nouveau titre de se\u0301jour serait mis en place avec une mention \u00ab\u00a0me\u0301tiers en tension\u00a0\u00bb pour une dure\u0301e d\u2019un an.<\/p>\n
