La mission a e\u0301galement pour objectif de plaider en faveur de ce projet qui sera lance\u0301 dans les plus brefs de\u0301lais.<\/p>\n<p>Le de\u0301le\u0301gue\u0301 provincial des infrastructures et du de\u0301senclavement du Kanem, MOUSSA Abdelkader, a souhaite\u0301 la bienvenue aux membres de la mission et le Secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de la province du Kanem SATADJIM SUCCE\u0300S NOE\u0308L a de\u0301clare\u0301 que ce projet repre\u0301sentait un grand soulagement pour les habitants du Kanem. Il a exhorte\u0301 le chef de projet a\u0300 respecter strictement les clauses du contrat entre le ministe\u0300re et l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Apre\u0300s la rencontre, la mission accompagne\u0301e des autorite\u0301s locales a effectue\u0301 une e\u0301tude de terrain dans les diffe\u0301rents quartiers de la ville de Mao.
