Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>S\u2019il n\u2019a pas pu se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle du 11 avril, le pr\u00e9sident des Transformateurs est en premi\u00e8re ligne du front contre le sixi\u00e8me mandat d\u2019Idriss D\u00e9by Itno. Pour ce chr\u00e9tien du sud du pays, un seul objectif\u202f: devenir chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n

Comme souvent, le vent souffle sur la capitale tchadienne, N\u2019Djamena. Porteur de sable et de poussi\u00e8re davantage que de fra\u00eecheur, l\u2019harmattan venu du Nord-Est fait onduler le rouge, le bleu et le jaune du drapeau tchadien qui flotte au-dessus du b\u00e2timent du septi\u00e8me arrondissement de la capitale, o\u00f9 Succ\u00e8s Masra a \u00e9tabli son quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Dans les environs, l\u2019opposant est comme chez lui. Il a fait b\u00e2tir cet immeuble quelques ann\u00e9es auparavant, alors qu\u2019il travaillait \u00e0 la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (BAD), tout comme la r\u00e9sidence o\u00f9 loge sa famille, \u00e0 quelques encablures. Non loin de la route de goudron qui ne va pas jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il a aussi investi dans un caf\u00e9 o\u00f9 se r\u00e9unissent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ses militants.<\/p>\n

Lui n\u2019y passe plus gu\u00e8re de temps. Il a d\u00e9sert\u00e9 les petits restaurants des alentours, o\u00f9 il avait l\u2019habitude de prendre ses repas entre deux r\u00e9unions de coordination de son parti, Les Transformateurs. En dehors de quelques rendez-vous avec un ambassadeur ou une personnalit\u00e9 de l\u2019opposition, l\u2019essentiel des journ\u00e9es de Succ\u00e8s Masra se limite d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 arpenter ce QG. Il passe m\u00eame la plupart de son temps entre les quatre murs de son bureau, sous le regard de ses idoles\u202f: son p\u00e8re (d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e du Covid-19), Martin Luther King ou Nelson Mandela. Un ordinateur portable. Un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Le docteur en \u00e9conomie pilote aujourd\u2019hui son mouvement en partie \u00e0 distance, transmettant les consignes \u00e0 ceux qu\u2019il appelle ses \u00ab\u202fg\u00e9n\u00e9raux\u202f\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Faire renoncer Idriss D\u00e9by Itno<\/b><\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident tchadien Idriss D\u00e9by Itno en avril 2020, pendant l\u2019op\u00e9ration \u00ab col\u00e8re de Bohama \u00bb. \u00a9 DR En ce 26 mars, les pr\u00e9paratifs de la marche du lendemain contre le sixi\u00e8me mandat d\u2019Idriss D\u00e9by Itno battent leur plein. Une nouvelle fois, l\u2019\u00e9conomiste de formation rappelle les objectifs : obtenir le renoncement du pr\u00e9sident, mettre en place un dialogue national et une nouvelle Constitution, organiser des \u00e9lections inclusives et, enfin, conqu\u00e9rir la pr\u00e9sidence pour \u00ab transformer\u202f\u00bb le Tchad.<\/p>\n

Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e du quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, une r\u00e9union se pr\u00e9pare. Quelques jeunes ont pr\u00e9vu de passer la nuit sur place pour \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnels d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res heures du jour. Masra sera peut-\u00eatre parmi eux. Ou non. Depuis peu, il a pris l\u2019habitude de ne pas dormir au m\u00eame endroit trop souvent. Question de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, assure-t-il, sa t\u00eate \u00e9tant \u00ab\u202fmise \u00e0 prix\u202f\u00bb, selon lui, par les autorit\u00e9s tchadiennes. Question pratique aussi\u202f: lors d\u2019une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente journ\u00e9e de manifestation, le 6 mars, les forces de l\u2019ordre avaient encercl\u00e9 le b\u00e2timent d\u00e8s quatre heures du matin. Succ\u00e8s Masra et ses troupes y \u00e9taient rest\u00e9s enferm\u00e9s quatre longues journ\u00e9es.
