Dans cette \u00e9lection qu\u2019il estime \u00ab libre \u00bb, tout autre r\u00e9sultat qu\u2019une victoire au premier tour aurait un go\u00fbt de d\u00e9faite. Reportage.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Premier tour ! Premier tour ! Premier tour ! Premier tour ! \u00bb Sur le terrain de l\u2019a\u00e9rodrome de Bongor, en ce milieu de matin\u00e9e du 1er avril, le message est clair. Idriss D\u00e9by Itno prend \u00e0 t\u00e9moin la foule rassembl\u00e9e autour de lui, \u00e0 distance respectueuse d\u2019une vingtaine de m\u00e8tres. Avec le sourire, le regard rieur \u00e0 peine dissimul\u00e9 derri\u00e8re ses \u00e9ternelles lunettes de soleil, le pr\u00e9sident tchadien ass\u00e8ne son objectif affich\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9sidentielle du 11 avril prochain : remporter un sixi\u00e8me mandat d\u00e8s le premier tour. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 puis de l\u2019autre de la sc\u00e8ne sur laquelle il a pris place, il tend le micro aux militants venus l\u2019acclamer.<\/p>\n

Tous lui r\u00e9pondent en \u00e9cho : repr\u00e9sentants des peuples nomades, collectifs des femmes du Mouvement patriotique du salut (MPS, au pouvoir), rassemblements de jeunes, bureaux de soutien de tel ou tel d\u00e9partement\u2026 Certains ont amen\u00e9 leur tambour. D\u2019autres des enceintes, qui crachent de la musique d\u00e8s que les discours s\u2019arr\u00eatent.<\/p>\n

Tous y vont de leur panoplie. Tous en jaune, les partisans du \u00ab candidat de la convergence \u00bb sont parmi les plus bruyants depuis le d\u00e9but de la campagne. Ils sont les hommes et les femmes du ministre des Finances, Tahir Hamid Nguilin, qui est \u00e0 la fois leur soutien financier, leur pr\u00e9sident d\u2019honneur et leur protecteur. En face, mont\u00e9es sur les plateformes de deux camions semi-remorques, des troupes bleues, chauff\u00e9es \u00e0 blanc, leur font de la concurrence. Les Jeunes patriotes, principaux animateurs des r\u00e9seaux sociaux du candidat, sont men\u00e9s par Hissein Idriss D\u00e9by, homme d\u2019affaires et, surtout, un des fils du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat. Ils ne sont qu\u2019un des multiples r\u00e9seaux de jeunesse de cette campagne, o\u00f9 s\u2019activent aussi des collectifs moins importants, comme \u00ab MIDI Pile \u00bb (pour Mar\u00e9chal Idriss D\u00e9by Itno) ou encore \u00ab Jeunesse unie \u00bb. Autre contingent : la Jeunesse patriotique du salut, qui se fait \u00e9galement remarquer. Dans leur tenue verte, ils ont anim\u00e9 la campagne, dormant souvent sur place, \u00e0 la belle \u00e9toile, reprenant la route apr\u00e8s chaque \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Un nouveau contrat \u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n

Les Verts, casquettes viss\u00e9es sur la t\u00eate et t-shirt \u00e0 la gloire de la \u00ab fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 \u00bb au mar\u00e9chal, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient quant \u00e0 eux du soutien de l\u2019aide de camp du pr\u00e9sident, Khoudar Mahamat Acyl. Le fr\u00e8re de la premi\u00e8re dame Hinda D\u00e9by Itno, pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 Bongor, a fait le d\u00e9placement jusqu\u2019au Mayo-Kebbi Est, o\u00f9 il a accueilli une partie de ses troupes dans son \u00e9l\u00e9gante villa de plusieurs \u00e9tages, dont le jardin s\u2019est transform\u00e9 en quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et en dortoir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
