Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le parti Union des d\u00e9mocrates pour le d\u00e9veloppement et le progr\u00e8s (UDP) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le 3 avril un bilan sur les 30 ann\u00e9es au pouvoir du r\u00e9gime actuel. Il a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 des consignes pour le scrutin \u00e9lectoral du 11 avril 2021, appelant soit \u00e0 rester chez soi, \u00e0 cocher sur tous les candidats du bulletin de vote sauf le MPS, ou \u00e0 d\u00e9poser le 11 avril sa carte d’\u00e9lecteur dans les diff\u00e9rents si\u00e8ges des partis politiques de l’opposition.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident du parti Max Kemkoye d\u00e9nonce les conditions dans lesquelles vivent les tchadiens : \u00ab\u00a0La majorit\u00e9 des tchadiens, hommes, femmes et enfants meurent des maladies \u00e9vitables faute d’acc\u00e8s aux soins, structures de sant\u00e9 et hospitali\u00e8res et \u00e0 du personnel qualifi\u00e9. La plupart des structures sont obsol\u00e8tes, v\u00e9tustes et par cons\u00e9quent non performantes\u00a0\u00bb.

\n\u00ab\u00a0Les fonctionnaires du publique v\u00e9g\u00e8tent dans la pauvret\u00e9 \u00e0 cause de leur traitement de mis\u00e8re. Ils ne r\u00e9sistent plus \u00e0 la chert\u00e9 de vie qui les \u00e9touffe de jour en jour\u00a0\u00bb, s’est alarm\u00e9 Max Kemkoye. Il \u00e9voque \u00e9galement l’accaparement des terres de nombreux citoyens qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9poss\u00e9d\u00e9s par des intouchables.<\/p>\n

S’agissant du conflit entre agriculteurs et \u00e9leveurs, Max Kemkoye estime qu’il est utilis\u00e9 comme une arme politique et de nomination \u00e0 des postes de responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les enl\u00e8vements contre ran\u00e7ons sont insidieusement tol\u00e9r\u00e9s et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, sapant d’ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e l’\u00e9conomie familiale et rurale, et arrachant des dizaines d’enfants \u00e0 la vie\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9plore le leader du parti UDP.<\/p>\n

Max Kemkoye affirme que les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles sont \u00ab\u00a0truqu\u00e9es. Il lance un appel aux forces de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 afin de jouer un r\u00f4le R\u00e9publicain au service de la nation, en pr\u00e9vision \u00ab\u00a0d’actions de blocus qui vont s’amplifier pour appuyer et racler l’ouverture d’un nouveau processus politique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
