Mais, \u00e0 quelques jours du premier tour du 11 avril, ce sont les probl\u00e8mes d\u2019acheminement et des soup\u00e7ons de fraudes qui retiennent l\u2019attention.<\/p>\n<p>La Commission \u00e9lectorale nationale et ind\u00e9pendante (Ceni) a-t-elle d\u00e9livr\u00e9 des cartes d\u2019\u00e9lecteurs \u00e0 des Tchadiens mineurs ? Selon plusieurs documents que Jeune Afrique a pu consulter, des cas d\u2019enr\u00f4lement biom\u00e9trique d\u2019enfants n\u2019ayant pas atteint l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal du droit de vote (18 ans) ont en tout cas \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9s, notamment dans le d\u00e9partement de Biltine (r\u00e9gion de Wadi Fira, dans l\u2019est du pays et \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re avec le Soudan).<\/p>\n<p>Sur plusieurs r\u00e9c\u00e9piss\u00e9s d\u2019inscription sur les listes \u00e9lectorales dont JA a obtenu copie (voir ci-dessous), les photographies des enr\u00f4l\u00e9s sont en effet celles d\u2019adolescents ou de jeunes gar\u00e7ons. Or, ces clich\u00e9s ont, selon nos sources, \u00e9t\u00e9 pris le jour m\u00eame de leur enr\u00f4lement dans un bureau de vote. On peut d\u2019ailleurs observer que le fond des photographies est le m\u00eame pour chacune.
