Selon les autorite\u0301s tchadiennes, cette premie\u0300re vague des personnes e\u0301vacue\u0301es du Soudan est compose\u0301e de pe\u0300lerins, diplomates, patients, e\u0301tudiants et familles. N\u2019Djamena n\u2019a pas communique\u0301 sur le calendrier d\u2019e\u0301vacuation en provenance du Soudan.<\/p>\n

Le 24 avril, le ministre de la Communication, porte-parole du gouvernement, Aziz Mahamat Saleh, a annonce\u0301 dans un tweet que des pre\u0301paratifs e\u0301taient en cours pour le rapatriement de 438 Tchadiens bloque\u0301s au Soudan.<\/p>\n

Depuis le 15 avril courant, le Soudan est le the\u0301a\u0302tre de combats entre l\u2019arme\u0301e re\u0301gulie\u0300re et les paramilitaires a\u0300 Khartoum. Les deux camps s\u2019accusent mutuellement d\u2019avoir de\u0301clenche\u0301 les hostilite\u0301s.<\/p>\n

En 2013, les FSR ont e\u0301te\u0301 constitue\u0301es pour soutenir les forces gouvernementales dans leur lutte contre les mouvements arme\u0301s rebelles dans la re\u0301gion du Darfour (ouest). Ces unite\u0301s paramilitaires ont par la suite assume\u0301 d’autres missions, notamment la lutte contre la migration irre\u0301gulie\u0300re aux frontie\u0300res et le maintien de l\u2019ordre, avant d\u2019e\u0302tre qualifie\u0301es de \u00ab rebelles \u00bb par l\u2019arme\u0301e suite au de\u0301clenchement des hostilite\u0301s.<\/p>\n
