Dans son allocution, le nouveau maire de la ville de N\u2019Djamena, Ali Haroun a confi\u00e9 qu\u2019elle exercera avec d\u00e9votion pour le bien-\u00eatre et le d\u00e9veloppement de la ville. Il s\u2019engage \u00e0 rendre la ville-capitale, viable et attractive, \u00e0 lui redonner ses lettres de noblesse. Il exhorte ses collaborateurs et les maires des diff\u00e9rents arrondissements \u00e0 un travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n

Le maire de N\u2019Djamena esp\u00e8re de ses collaborateurs, des propositions concr\u00e8tes, r\u00e9alistes et r\u00e9alisables dans l\u2019optique de mettre en exergue les ambitions pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de passation de service de maire sortant, Ibrahim Wang Laouna et le nouveau s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sous le regard du d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du gouvernement, Djibert Younous<\/p>\n

Il est \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que, Ali Haroun, pour avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 maire \u00e0 trois reprises connait bien les lieux.
