Il a pour finalite\u0301 de mettre sur place un re\u0301seau de me\u0301diateurs, afin de pre\u0301venir et re\u0301duire la conflictualite\u0301 au sein des communaute\u0301s agropastorales par la me\u0301diation.<\/p>\n<p>Le chef de mission Afrique centrale, du Centre pour le dialogue humanitaire (HD), Oumar Baldet, a souligne\u0301 que le monde rural est aujourd\u2019hui domine\u0301 par trois phe\u0301nome\u0300nes, a\u0300 savoir, le changement climatique, la forte de\u0301mographique et l\u2019ave\u0300nement de nouveaux acteurs qu\u2019il faut ne\u0301cessairement combattre a\u0300 diffe\u0301rents niveaux.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, il a pre\u0301cise\u0301 que le ro\u0302le premier du Centre pour le Dialogue Humanitaire est de venir en appui a\u0300 ce re\u0301seau de me\u0301diateurs agropastoraux, qui sera mis en place afin de s\u2019engager pleinement dans la gestion des tensions de partage des ressources naturelles rurales.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa part, le gouverneur de la province du Moyen-Chari, Ousman Brahim Djoumag a salue\u0301 l\u2019initiative du Centre pour le Dialogue Humanitaire, et a indique\u0301 que la paix et la se\u0301curite\u0301 demeurent une pre\u0301occupation mondiale, et le Tchad ne peut e\u0302tre en marge de cette situation.<\/p>\n<p>Il se dit convaincu qu\u2019avec l\u2019arrive\u0301e de ce projet dans sa province, c\u2019est un ouf de soulagement en matie\u0300re de gestion de conflits et de pre\u0301servation de la paix.
