Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Au Tchad, le ministre des Affaires E\u0301trange\u0300res, des Tchadiens de l\u2019E\u0301tranger et de la Coope\u0301ration Internationale, l\u2019Ambassadeur Mahamat Saleh Annadif \u00ab a rec\u0327u en audience ce vendredi, 27 octobre 2023, le Repre\u0301sentant Re\u0301sident du Fonds des Nations Unies pour l\u2019Enfance (UNICEF), M. Jack Bauer \u00bb, a annonce\u0301 le ministe\u0300re ce vendredi.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Les deux personnalite\u0301s ont e\u0301change\u0301 sur le futur programme de coope\u0301ration. Protection des droits de l\u2019enfant, sante\u0301 maternelle et infantile, pre\u0301vention de la malnutrition et e\u0301ducation constituent entre autres, les volets de ce programme triennal. M. Jack Bauer a profite\u0301 de cette occasion pour informer l\u2019Ambassadeur Mahamat Saleh Annadif de la visite prochaine de la Directrice Exe\u0301cutive de l\u2019UNICEF au Tchad. Visite qui lui permettra de s\u2019impre\u0301gner de la situation des enfants vivant en territoire tchadien \u00bb, a ajoute\u0301 le ministe\u0300re.<\/p>\n

Il est a\u0300 noter que la vision du programme de coope\u0301ration entre l\u2019Unicef et le Tchad pour 2024-2026 s\u2019inspire du Plan-cadre de coope\u0301ration des Nations Unies pour le de\u0301veloppement durable (UNSDCF) 2024-2026. Cette vision consiste a\u0300 aider les enfants et les adolescents, filles et garc\u0327ons, en particulier les plus vulne\u0301rables et les plus exclus, a\u0300 exercer leurs droits et a\u0300 renforcer leurs compe\u0301tences gra\u0302ce a\u0300 des services inte\u0301gre\u0301s, re\u0301silients et de qualite\u0301, adapte\u0301s aux changements climatiques, qui leur permettront de grandir dans un environnement su\u0302r et propice a\u0300 leur de\u0301veloppement.<\/p>\n

En appui a\u0300 l\u2019application de la Politique nationale de protection de l\u2019enfant, adopte\u0301e en 2023 par le Gouvernement du Tchad, l\u2019UNICEF a souligne\u0301 qu\u2019elle renforcera le syste\u0300me de protection de l\u2019enfance et de justice afin que les enfants puissent vivre dans un environnement qui les prote\u0300ge de toute forme de violence, d\u2019exploitation ou de pratiques ne\u0301fastes, et leur donne acce\u0300s a\u0300 une prise en charge inte\u0301gre\u0301e et a\u0300 des services d\u2019enregistrement des naissances. Cela contribuera notamment a\u0300 pre\u0301venir le recrutement des enfants par les groupes et forces arme\u0301s.<\/p>\n
