Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le Plan de De\u0301veloppement Communal (PDC) de la commune urbaine de Mongo a e\u0301te\u0301 valide\u0301 et adopte\u0301 ce 27 septembre 2023 dans la salle de l’Adetic de Mongo. La ce\u0301re\u0301monie d’ouverture a e\u0301te\u0301 pre\u0301side\u0301e par le pre\u0301fet du de\u0301partement du Guera, Salahadine Ahmat Mahamat, en pre\u0301sence du chef de projet PAG2 et du Maire de la commune urbaine de Mongo.<\/p>\n

La commune de Mongo avait de\u0301ja\u0300 un plan de de\u0301veloppement en place depuis 2018, mais ce dernier a expire\u0301 en mai 2023. C’est pourquoi, dans le cadre du Programme d’Appui a\u0300 la Bonne Gouvernance phase 2, le projet a proce\u0301de\u0301 a\u0300 la re\u0301vision et a\u0300 la mise a\u0300 jour du PDC pour la pe\u0301riode 2024-2028. Le chef de projet PAG2, Ahmat Netcho Abbo, a souligne\u0301 que la re\u0301vision du PDC fait partie inte\u0301grante de leur programme d’exe\u0301cution.<\/p>\n

Le Maire de la commune urbaine de Mongo, Abdelmalik Abderrahmane Be\u0301chir, a souligne\u0301 que le PDC est un outil essentiel pour le de\u0301veloppement et a encourage\u0301 chacun a\u0300 contribuer a\u0300 sa re\u0301alisation.<\/p>\n

Salahadine Ahmat Mahamat, pre\u0301fet du de\u0301partement du Guera, a rappele\u0301 l’importance cruciale du PDC comme feuille de route pour le de\u0301veloppement de la commune. Il a exprime\u0301 sa gratitude envers l’Union europe\u0301enne pour son soutien financier et a sollicite\u0301 l’aide des ONGs, projets et programmes pour la mise en \u0153uvre de ce PDC.<\/p>\n
