Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Il se tient depuis ce 27 octobre 2023 a\u0300 Bol la Revue annuelle des activite\u0301s bilan et planification du projet \u00ab\u00a0Appui au De\u0301veloppement des Jeunes Enfants dans la Province du Lac\u00a0\u00bb (ADELAC). C’est le gouverneur de la province du Lac, Djibrine Ratou, qui a ouvert les travaux.<\/p>\n

Cette rencontre annuelle se de\u0301roule juste apre\u0300s la mission de suivi et de supervision du comite\u0301 provincial d’action sur le terrain. L’objectif est de passer en revue toutes les re\u0301alisations du projet au cours des trois premie\u0300res anne\u0301es de mise en \u0153uvre, de les comparer aux objectifs du projet, en vue de planifier avec assurance la quatrie\u0300me et dernie\u0300re anne\u0301e du projet.<\/p>\n

Le directeur du programme de l’IRC, Ali Amadou, qui assure la coordination du consortium, a souligne\u0301 que les re\u0301alisations, bien que non exhaustives, ont conside\u0301rablement ame\u0301liore\u0301 l’acce\u0300s a\u0300 la sante\u0301, a\u0300 l’e\u0301ducation et a\u0300 la protection des populations de la zone d’intervention.<\/p>\n

Le charge\u0301 de projet e\u0301ducation de l’Agence franc\u0327aise de de\u0301veloppement, Ndlikodje\u0301 Beridabaye, s’est de\u0301clare\u0301 satisfait du travail accompli par le consortium. Il a souligne\u0301 l’importance de se pencher sur la pe\u0301rennisation des bonnes pratiques mises en place dans le cadre du projet.<\/p>\n

En ouvrant les travaux, le gouverneur de la province du Lac, Djibrine Ratou, a salue\u0301 cette initiative de\u0301ploye\u0301e sur le terrain au profit des populations cibles de la province. Il a souligne\u0301 que cette de\u0301marche est en ade\u0301quation avec la vision e\u0301claire\u0301e du ge\u0301ne\u0301ral Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno. Djibrine Ratou a exprime\u0301 le v\u0153u de voir le projet ADELAC obtenir une deuxie\u0300me phase et, pourquoi pas, s’e\u0301tendre a\u0300 d’autres de\u0301partements.<\/p>\n

Ce projet, finance\u0301 par l’Agence Franc\u0327aise de De\u0301veloppement (AFD), est mis en \u0153uvre par le consortium, notamment IRC, COOPI, Initiatives De\u0301veloppement et PADIESE.<\/p>\n
