Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Ngoi\u0308di Tanal, petit-fils de feu Ngoi\u0308di, l’ancien chef de canton, a retrace\u0301 l’histoire de la chefferie dans leur re\u0301gion. Il a rappele\u0301 qu’avant l’e\u0301poque de son grand-pe\u0300re, il n’y avait que des chefs coutumiers. Ngoi\u0308di fut le tout premier chef de canton dans le de\u0301partement de Bengoro. Cependant, apre\u0300s sa disparition, le sous-pre\u0301fet de Sarh avait temporairement attribue\u0301 le canton a\u0300 Bouna, dans le de\u0301partement de Bara, en vue d’assurer l’inte\u0301rim. Malheureusement, la chefferie a e\u0301te\u0301 maintenue a\u0300 Bouna jusqu’a\u0300 aujourd’hui. Les petits-fils de Ngoi\u0308di, Ngoi\u0308di Tanal et Service Ngarial, ont alors sollicite\u0301 le ministe\u0300re de l’Ame\u0301nagement du Territoire pour la re\u0301habilitation de la chefferie du canton dans leur propre de\u0301partement, une demande qui a e\u0301te\u0301 accepte\u0301e par le ministe\u0300re.<\/p>\n

C’est ainsi que les deux petits-fils de Ngoi\u0308di ont entame\u0301 une campagne e\u0301lectorale pour briguer la succession de leur grand-pe\u0300re. Apre\u0300s sept jours de campagne, les e\u0301lections ont e\u0301te\u0301 suspendues et un candidat a e\u0301te\u0301 impose\u0301, selon Ngoi\u0308di Tanal.<\/p>\n
