Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de la police, Ali Adoum Tolly, a produit une note circulaire ce 31 octobre 2023, pour interdire la cre\u0301ation des groupes de discussion sur Whatsapp sans autorisation.<\/p>\n

Le patron de la police regrette que certains fonctionnaires s\u2019adonnent a\u0300 la : \u00ab cre\u0301ation abusive des groupes whatsapp au nom de la Police Nationale et se livrent a\u0300 des critiques acerbes sur les re\u0301seaux sociaux, foulant ainsi au pied les prescriptions du Code de De\u0301ontologie de la Police Nationale et la Re\u0301glementation en vigueur. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Il met en garde contre des mesures coercitives. De\u0301sormais, toute cre\u0301ation d\u2019un groupe whatsapp sans autorisation pre\u0301alable de la hie\u0301rarchie est strictement interdite. \u00ab Dore\u0301navant, tout fonctionnaire de Police qui s\u2019adonnerait a\u0300 cette pratique peu orthodoxe, sera se\u0301ve\u0300rement sanctionne\u0301 conforme\u0301ment aux textes en vigueur \u00bb, pre\u0301vient Ali Adoum Tolly.<\/p>\n

Le DG de la police invite ses collaborateurs a\u0300 divers niveaux a\u0300 faire large diffusion de la de\u0301cision.<\/p>\n
