cre\u0301ativite\u0301 qui alimentent les aspirations, les re\u0302ves et les valeurs humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le ministre, la lecture d&rsquo;un livre nous offre la possibilite\u0301 de voyager sans quitter notre lieu de re\u0301sidence, de plonger dans des re\u0301flexions profondes et de nous connecter a\u0300 des personnes qui deviennent parfois nos amis les plus proches.<\/p>\n\r\n
