Pour Yacine Abderrahmane Sakine, les femmes repre\u0301sentent le berceau de la vie.<\/p>\n

Il a e\u0301galement rappele\u0301 que les jeunes sont un capital pre\u0301cieux pour la nation, et le P.R a toujours mis l’accent sur leur importance. Yacine Abderrahmane Sakine a de\u0301clare\u0301 que \u00ab\u00a0celui qui posse\u0300de la jeunesse posse\u0300de l’avenir.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Il a e\u0301galement assure\u0301 que l’e\u0301galite\u0301 et la pleine participation des femmes dans divers domaines, y compris l’e\u0301ducation, la formation, l’emploi et les processus de\u0301cisionnels, sont parmi les objectifs du P.R.<\/p>\n

La ce\u0301re\u0301monie s’est de\u0301roule\u0301e dans un contexte ou\u0300 de nombreux Tchadiens sont confronte\u0301s a\u0300 des de\u0301fis tels que la faim, l’acce\u0300s limite\u0301 aux soins de sante\u0301, l’e\u0301ducation et l’inse\u0301curite\u0301. Yassine Abderrahmane Sakine a appele\u0301 le gouvernement de transition a\u0300 redoubler d’efforts pour soulager la souffrance de la population.<\/p>\n

Yacine Abderrahmane Sakine a exhorte\u0301 les autorite\u0301s de la transition a\u0300 e\u0301valuer leur de\u0301marche et a\u0300 comprendre que la transition ne doit pas e\u0302tre synonyme de restriction des droits, de dictature ou de re\u0300glements de compte. Au contraire, elle devrait e\u0302tre un effort collectif pour re\u0301tablir l’ordre constitutionnel.<\/p>\n
