Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Selon le communique\u0301, les deux organisations syndicales ont qualifie\u0301 la de\u0301claration du ministre de l’E\u0301ducation de \u00ab\u00a0rate\u0301e\u00a0\u00bb et l’ont accuse\u0301 d’utiliser un langage injurieux et intimidant. Bien qu’elles reconnaissent le sens de responsabilite\u0301 de certains membres du gouvernement pre\u0301sents a\u0300 la re\u0301union, elles expriment leur de\u0301ception quant a\u0300 l’absence de discussion sur la re\u0301instauration imme\u0301diate des salaires des agents de l’E\u0301tat dont les paiements ont e\u0301te\u0301 suspendus.<\/p>\n

Lors de la rencontre pre\u0301side\u0301e par le Premier Ministre de Transition le 7 novembre 2023, aucune agenda spe\u0301cifique n’a e\u0301te\u0301 e\u0301tabli, mais il a e\u0301te\u0301 question de pre\u0301senter la situation socio-politique du pays ainsi que les re\u0301solutions du Dialogue National Inclusif (DENIS), d’apre\u0300s les deux centrales syndicales. Le Premier Ministre a ensuite appele\u0301 les organisations syndicales a\u0300 faire preuve de responsabilite\u0301 et a\u0300 mettre fin a\u0300 la gre\u0300ve sans conditions.<\/p>\n

La PSSET et le COSET re\u0301affirment leur volonte\u0301 d’engager un dialogue since\u0300re pour re\u0301soudre la crise en cours dans le secteur de l’e\u0301ducation. Ils appellent leurs membres a\u0300 rester vigilants et calmes.<\/p>\n
