Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le vendredi 11 novembre 2023, le gouverneur et sa de\u0301le\u0301gation se sont rendus a\u0300 Soultoum, une localite\u0301 situe\u0301e a\u0300 environ 400 km au nord de Mao, poursuivant la me\u0302me mission.<\/p>\n

L’objectif de cette mission est de s’impre\u0301gner des re\u0301alite\u0301s de la sous-pre\u0301fecture de Ziguei\u0308 et du village de Soultoum. Le gouverneur a transmis un message de paix, de vivre-ensemble, de cohabitation pacifique et de respect de l’autorite\u0301 de l’E\u0301tat, en abordant e\u0301galement le proble\u0300me du vol de be\u0301tail. Il a appele\u0301 les autorite\u0301s locales a\u0300 sensibiliser la population en vue du prochain re\u0301fe\u0301rendum constitutionnel et a insiste\u0301 sur l’importance de l’e\u0301ducation des enfants, de la sante\u0301 et de la se\u0301curite\u0301.<\/p>\n

A\u0300 Soultoum, le gouverneur a informe\u0301 la population que leur village, situe\u0301 a\u0300 15 km de la frontie\u0300re avec le Niger a\u0300 l’ouest et a\u0300 proximite\u0301 de Borkou et Tibesti, se trouve dans une zone fre\u0301quente\u0301e par des bandits. Il a demande\u0301 aux habitants de collaborer avec les autorite\u0301s. La population de Soultoum a pris note de ces recommandations et a demande\u0301 des ame\u0301liorations en matie\u0300re d’infrastructures scolaires et sanitaires. Le gouverneur a assure\u0301 qu’il transmettrait ces demandes aux autorite\u0301s compe\u0301tentes.<\/p>\n

Enfin, le gouverneur et sa de\u0301le\u0301gation ont visite\u0301 les infrastructures e\u0301tatiques de Ziguei\u0308.<\/p>\n
