Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le Rassemblement pour la De\u0301mocratie et le Progre\u0300s (RDP) de Mahamat Allahou Taher se prononce pour un Etat unitaire de\u0301centralise\u0301.<\/p>\n

Pre\u0301lude au re\u0301fe\u0301rendum sur le projet de la nouvelle constitution pre\u0301vu le 17 de\u0301cembre prochain, le bureau exe\u0301cutif du RDP s\u2019est re\u0301uni hier 18 novembre 2023 a\u0300 N\u2019Djamena. Plusieurs points axe\u0301s sur la participation du parti a\u0300 la campagne re\u0301fe\u0301rendaire ont e\u0301te\u0301 de\u0301battus. De\u0301ja\u0300, le RDP se prononce pour un Etat unitaire de\u0301centralise\u0301 \u00ab dans une gouvernance de\u0301mocratique soucieuse de la justice et de l\u2019e\u0301galite\u0301 entre tous les enfants du Tchad. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Car, soutient le bureau exe\u0301cutif du RDP, \u00ab la survie d\u2019un E\u0301tat tchadien de\u0301mocratique refonde\u0301 et stable de\u0301pendra avant tout de la cohe\u0301sion et partant de leur attachement unanime aux institutions dans lesquelles ils se reconnaissent. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Conscient des enjeux et des risques, le RDP promet \u0153uvrer pour que le \u201cOUI\u201d au projet de constitution soit largement dominant sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire national sans oublier la diaspora.<\/p>\n

Le parti appelle en conse\u0301quence toutes ses instances de base ainsi que tous ses militants et sympathysants a\u0300 se mobiliser massivement le jour venu en vue du vote positif.<\/p>\n

Le RDP exhorte instamment les e\u0301lecteurs du parti et au-dela\u0300 tous les citoyens inscrits a\u0300 retirer a\u0300 temps leur carte d\u2019e\u0301lecteur afin d\u2019exercer pleinement leur droit le\u0301gitime sans crainte ni pression.<\/p>\n

Enfin, le RDP appelle le Pre\u0301sident de transition le Ge\u0301ne\u0301ral Mahamat Idriss De\u0301by Itno ainsi que le gouvernement d\u2019union nationale a\u0300 garantir un scrutin libre, transparent et cre\u0301dible gage de paix et de re\u0301conciliation.<\/p>\n
