Proble\u0300me, l\u2019Assemble\u0301e ge\u0301ne\u0301rale e\u0301lective, cense\u0301e se re\u0301unir a\u0300 l\u2019ho\u0302tel Radisson Blu de N\u2019Djamena, n\u2019a jamais eu lieu.<\/p>\nUne de\u0301le\u0301gation de la Fifa<\/b><\/p>\n
En effet, Tahir Oloy Hassan, ex-pre\u0301sident de la fe\u0301de\u0301ration d\u2019escrime et pre\u0301tendant a\u0300 la te\u0302te de la FTFA, avait saisi la justice apre\u0300s que son dossier de candidature eut e\u0301te\u0301 invalide\u0301 par le comite\u0301 de normalisation. Ce dernier lui reprochait, entre autres, \u00ab des anomalies dans [son] dossier \u00bb, ainsi que d\u2019avoir falsifie\u0301 des pie\u0300ces pour justifier \u00ab de [ses] anne\u0301es d\u2019expe\u0301rience dans le football \u00bb.<\/p>\n
Nai\u0308r Abakar, le vice-pre\u0301sident du comite\u0301 de normalisation, s\u2019e\u0301tait oppose\u0301 a\u0300 cette invalidation et au fait qu\u2019un seul candidat, Ibrahim Foullah, reste en lice, puisque Moctar Mahmoud Hamid, l\u2019ancien pre\u0301sident de la FTFA, ainsi que les pre\u0301sidents de clubs Adjib Koulamallah (Gazelle) et Saleh Kadre Kana (Tourbillon), ont retire\u0301 leur candidature. Mais Abakar a e\u0301te\u0301 suspendu par la Fifa.<\/p>\n
Afin de protester contre son e\u0301viction, Tahir Oloy Hassan a saisi le Tribunal arbitral du sport (TAS), ainsi que le tribunal de grande instance de N\u2019Djamena, dont le pre\u0301sident, Mahamat Saleh Adoum Dabara, a aussito\u0302t signe\u0301 une ordonnance suspendant la tenue de l\u2019Assemble\u0301e ge\u0301ne\u0301rale e\u0301lective du 30 novembre. Des forces de l\u2019ordre avaient me\u0302me e\u0301te\u0301 de\u0301pe\u0302che\u0301es sur place pour bloquer l\u2019acce\u0300s de l\u2019ho\u0302tel aux membres du colle\u0300ge e\u0301lectoral.<\/p>\n
Menace de suspension<\/b><\/p>\n
Informe\u0301e de la situation, la Fifa a demande\u0301 a\u0300 quatre e\u0301missaires \u2013 Gelson Fernandes, Dieudonne\u0301 Happi, Fatou Binetou Ba et Jean-Jacques Diene \u2013 de se rendre a\u0300 N\u2019Djamena. Le premier, directeur des associations membres pour l\u2019Afrique, a e\u0301te\u0301 rec\u0327u par le Premier ministre, Saleh Kebzabo, et a laisse\u0301 planer la menace d\u2019une suspension de la fe\u0301de\u0301ration tchadienne par la Fifa.<\/p>\n
\u00ab Un candidat, Tahir Oloy Hassan, qui ne connai\u0302t rien au football, a de\u0301cide\u0301 de saisir la justice et de bloquer le processus e\u0301lectoral. C\u2019est regrettable, car cela pe\u0301nalise l\u2019ensemble du football tchadien. Je ne sais pas si la mission du comite\u0301 de normalisation sera prolonge\u0301e ou si l\u2019e\u0301lection aura lieu prochainement, mais la situation est pre\u0301occupante \u00bb, de\u0301plore Ibrahim Foullah.<\/p>\n
Homme d\u2019affaires, ancien maire de N\u2019Djamena et ex-vice-pre\u0301sident de la FTFA, celui-ci est pre\u0301sente\u0301 par ses opposants comme e\u0301tant le candidat de la fe\u0301de\u0301ration internationale. Tahir Oloy Hassan est loin de partager cette analyse. \u00ab M. Foullah a e\u0301te\u0301 vice-pre\u0301sident de la Fe\u0301de\u0301ration, il a une part de responsabilite\u0301 dans l\u2019e\u0301tat de notre football. Il trai\u0302ne des casseroles, puisqu\u2019il est soupc\u0327onne\u0301 d\u2019avoir de\u0301tourne\u0301 des centaines de millions de francs CFA quand il e\u0301tait nume\u0301ro deux [de la FTFA]. Malgre\u0301 cela, sa candidature a e\u0301te\u0301 valide\u0301e par le comite\u0301 de normalisation. Je rappelle que la pre\u0301sidente de ce comite\u0301 e\u0301tait sur la liste de M. Foullah quand celui-ci s\u2019e\u0301tait de\u0301ja\u0300 pre\u0301sente\u0301 a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301lection, en 2020. Mme Moudeina a une e\u0301norme part de responsabilite\u0301 dans cette situation. \u00bb<\/p>\n
Informe\u0301 d\u2019un risque de suspension par la Fifa, le gouvernement tchadien suit la situation de tre\u0300s pre\u0300s. \u00ab La Fifa e\u0301tudie ce dossier, elle devrait se prononcer dans les prochains jours. Si la Fe\u0301de\u0301ration est de nouveau suspendue, ce serait une catastrophe pour le football tchadien, alors que la se\u0301lection nationale a fait son retour sur la sce\u0300ne internationale au mois de novembre en qualifications pour la Coupe du monde 2026 [de\u0301faites 1-3 face au Mali et 0-3 contre Madagascar] \u00bb, analyse une source locale.<\/p>\n
