Ce nouveau code e\u0301lectoral vise a\u0300 garantir l&rsquo;inte\u0301grite\u0301 des e\u0301lections et a\u0300 renforcer la confiance des citoyens dans le syste\u0300me de\u0301mocratique.<\/p>\n<p>Il de\u0301finit les crite\u0300res d&rsquo;e\u0301ligibilite\u0301 aux e\u0301lections, les proce\u0301dures d&rsquo;inscription sur les listes e\u0301lectorales, ainsi que les re\u0300gles de financement des campagnes politiques.<\/p>\n<p>En adoptant cette loi, le Tchad de\u0301montre sa ferme volonte\u0301 de consolider sa transition vers un re\u0301gime politique stable base\u0301 sur le respect des droits fondamentaux et l&rsquo;e\u0301galite\u0301 devant la loi.
