C\u2019est la ministre de l\u2019Action sociale, Fatime\u0301 Boukar Kossei\u0308 qui a pre\u0301side\u0301 la ce\u0301re\u0301monie.<\/b><\/p>\n

Ce plan de re\u0301ponse humanitaire vise a\u0300 planifier et a\u0300 coordonner les activite\u0301s humanitaires qui s\u2019inscrivent dans le cadre d\u2019urgence et qui s\u2019alignent aux programmes de de\u0301veloppement au Tchad.<\/p>\n

\u201d Les conflits inter et intracommunautaires, l\u2019inse\u0301curite\u0301 dans certains pays voisins et les effets du changement climatique entrai\u0302nent des de\u0301placements force\u0301s de population aggravant ainsi, par ailleurs, l\u2019inse\u0301curite\u0301 alimentaire et nutritionnelle, engendrant des urgences sanitaires. Le plan de re\u0301ponse humanitaire vise a\u0300 re\u0301duire la mortalite\u0301 et la morbidite\u0301, ame\u0301liorer l\u2019acce\u0300s aux services sociaux de base et renforcer la capacite\u0301 de pre\u0301vention dans les zones des urgences \u201d a indique\u0301 Violette Kakyomya, Coordinatrice re\u0301sidente du syste\u0300me des Nations Unies au Tchad.<\/p>\n

Pour Fatime\u0301 Boukar Kossei\u0308, la responsabilite\u0301 du Gouvernement dans l\u2019assistance humanitaire demeure l\u2019un des fondamentaux des principes humanitaires et du droit international humanitaire.<\/p>\n

\u201d Comme on a vu ces dernie\u0300res anne\u0301es, le Tchad est devenu une terre d\u2019accueil des milliers de personnes, qui fuient leurs pays pour chercher la paix chez nous. Cela met beaucoup de pression sur le syste\u0300me de services de base, de\u0301ja\u0300 tre\u0300s surcharge\u0301 par une population vulne\u0301rable aux chocs climatiques et a\u0300 d\u2019autres crises humanitaires. Je lance un vibrant appel a\u0300 toutes et a\u0300 tous de soutenir les plaidoyers pour renforcer les actions d\u2019urgence de de\u0301veloppement et de consolidation de la paix\u201d, lance-t-elle.<\/p>\n

Il faut noter que le Tchad continue de faire face a\u0300 une crise humanitaire multidimensionnelle et plonge\u0301e qui s\u2019exacerbe, avec 6 millions de personnes ayant besoin d\u2019une assistance humanitaire.<\/p>\n
